Terrible, lethargic indifference and communication.DO NOT BOTHER BUYING FROM THEM.Contacted them by email and on social media to confirm shipping dates on a product....nothing back, zilch, nada.Took a punt and pre ordered said product.Order was then cancelled some time later saying they didn't have enough in stock. Refund was not immediate.They barely care for their own business, let alone customer service.AVOID.
Preordered both Brody and Quint figures in Feb 2020. I eventually got a refund for Brody when the figure was cancelled. However, when, in July 2021, others were showing their Quint figures off, I chased TITA. I got a reply saying that their supplier had delivered short and anyone that hadn't received one had been contacted and refunded. I haven't. No reply to my follow up or other emails. As someone already mentioned PayPal won’t help as It’s more than 180 days ago. Avoid, and use one of the many better alternatives.

No reply to 2 further emails and 2 Facebook messages including proof of purchase. No reply to a PayPal case either but I'm not eligible for help from them as I paid more than 180 days ago.Well played TITA. You win £35.
I've ordered from there a couple of times and the experience has been great. I was given the option to have a payment plan towards a more expensive order which was a massive help. Fantastic communication throughout. I will definitely use again.
Great prices and a nice selection of figures. As a collector it's nice to see a business that packages their items well so everything arrives in perfect condition.

Speedy delivery and great products
Excellent. Placed an order on Thursday afternoon, which was much cheaper than anywhere else. Free Delivery, 2-3 working days (Monday/Tuesday) and arrived on Saturday morning.Will definitely order from again and again.
As another reviewer has said, I would also give them 0 stars if I could. Cancelling items is one thing (it’s sometimes out of their control, I get it), but doing it with incorrect messaging and without any prior notice is ridiculous and could be easily avoided. Then to have the gaul to continually blame anyone but themselves is extremely poor form, and to top that reposting private messages on their Facebook page in a derisory manner under completely false context. Pathetic. AVOID.

I would rate them zero star if I could. I placed an order for an Annabelle doll for my daughters birthday. After the parcel didn’t arrive I contacted toys in the attic to be told to contact Hermes. I contacted Hermes who confirmed the parcel was lost and that toys in the attic should refund me as they had already made a claim. The customer service I received from toys in the attic is complete unacceptable they have accused me of being argumentative and I was told if I leave negative review defermating their character they would take legal action. The worse company I have ever dealt with. I would upload the emails if I could but there doesn’t seem to be an option. Honestly avoid these at all costs. I managed to order another doll at a fraction of the price and customer services wasn’t needed. Just so unhelpful cheeky and rude. Saying I was aggressive etc complete joke these are.
An absolutely superb online toy store with an awesome collection of great figures available to preorder at excellent prices. The customer support is very friendly and informative and the service is top notch. For any adult toy collector I fully reccomend checking this website out.
