Lowest price but incompetent broker
The agent we ended up with through our mortgage broker is completely sloppy and gives incomplete information with complete lack of accountability. Currently working on replacing the broker in charge of the policy.

Good communication

I was unhappy that the underwriters came back with requests to fix things almost three months after the 4 pt physical inspection. They need to improve their turn around times.

My agent did not bother to notify me…
My agent did not bother to notify me that my insurance was being canceled until approximately 10 days after expiration date which threw me into having to get new inspections plus an increase of over $1000 a year on my policy that I was able to get at that point I feel the lack of communication on her part is unacceptable

NY to Florida, a big change.
Kelly was very patient with me. I was very thankful for that. We moved from Buffalo, NY to The Villages and we were not familiar with the way Florida handled insurance. She was very knowledgeable and very thoughtful. She made the transition very smooth for us. There were quite a few differences and we needed time to think through everything and she never rushed us.
