I ordered my hair moisturizer on December 30th. I emailed them on January 14th and didn't receive a response. Today is January 30th. They have not responded to my email. I have not received my hair moisturizer.
I haven't received my order since it was saying order on the way from 28 November 2025.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!! They are a SCAM I like several reviews ordered 2 wigs when they came they were nothing like advertised also were too big. I contacted them the same day I received them and asked for a return address. 10 or so emails later still no joy. They then offered an insulting money refund of under a quarter of what i paid. I insisted I wanted to send them back!! But no more response from them. SURPRISE ! SURPRISE !!Like other people I have 2 wigs which are useless and £300+ out of pocketI certainly wouldn't give them even 1 star !!
Top hair wigs is a scam.They sent back the wigs I wanted to return and kept all the money.They purposely send back the items you wish to return and as it goes through customs, takes six months to return to you by which points you can’t claim it back from the bank.

If I could give this company no or negative stars I would!! I ordered a wig, it came up saying the payment had not gone through but it had. I notified them the next day but it was ignored so……. I received 2 wigs. They look nothing like the picture and don’t fit. I must have wrote about 10 emails and kept getting fobbed off….. so…..I now have 2,wigs that I can’t use and nearly £300 out of pocket. The worst customer service I have ever come across. Please, please don’t use this company.
Do not use Top hair wigs.They have deleted all reviews from this site somehow.They sent a really inferior product even the wrong colour…I ordered blonde….they sent brown Awful quality.I sent it back costing me £20 to China.Can you believe…nearly 5 months later…I got it back unopened! Today!!!Bizarre!!!!
