I can Only say good things about them.Customer support review :Top service.I can’t say anything bad at their customer service at all.They was very helpful.Product review :I bought their spray, while you are getting tattoo’ed, and it’s work as charm.I can’t be tattoo’ed for 4 hours without this spray, so at every future sessions, I Will have the artist to use the spray, as she did last time.Shipping :When they shipped my spray, I had the spray after around 36 hrs, even not 48 hrs after.Faster can’t it be shipped, sent from Germany to Denmark.Also my packages was sent same day, as I ordred, I ordred 10/11-25, recieved my ordre 12/11-25, 8:47GLS had my ordre in their terminal, at 10/11-25, 23:10.So even not 36 hrs, from GLS had my packages, to I had it in my hands.This was my honest review, wich they deserve.

Best i've tried so far
Delivered on time, tried the 80 gold. Worked way better, and for longer than Emla that i was using before.With most numbing creams i've tried, still felt pain, but a lot less than without. With that one, when i'm not looking, i'm not even sure if the tattooist is actually doing anything :)As for all those who complain, i just think there's too many fakes around, just make sure you order from the original website that's all.

Get it!!!
I just started my back tattoo and thanks to TKTX we finished almost all of lineart in one pretty short session. I didn't feel ANYTHING which was kinda scary, I didn't expect it to work that well, but I am so happy it did, it helped my tattoo artist so much.

75% cream. Didn’t feel anything at all. Totally numb. 10/10
Ordered the 75% cream. Arrived when it said it would. I put it on thick and left it on for hours before the tattoo. Bro when I say I was numb…. I maybe felt 5 seconds worth of heat at one or two points. I felt NOTHING for the whole session. It was literally dead skin. I got 4 linework pieces done back to back and It was completely painless. My artist told me when you start doing second and third passes it gets painful so what I went for was the best case, but if your design is simple and you use this stuff right it REALLY really works. Like really works.

Best numbing cream I’ve ever used
Best numbing cream I’ve ever used. Put it on thick, wrapped it up, and my 3-hour tattoo session felt like nothing. Shipping was quick too. Definitely sticking with TKTX.co from now on.

I followed the instructions from their web page but had no effect at allI bought the 45% so I had big expectations but effect at allTktx send me a new batch, and this time it worked just fine!Price is a bit at the high end, compared to the amount of creme you have to use, but product works as it should - costumer support was amazing! I would consider using their products again, but I have tried cheaper creme that works just as well

Change of my review
The delivery arrived, I got the 40% creme. I don't know if it's because of me but the effect has worn off as soon as an area has been tattooed for a couple seconds. Maybe I spreaded it to thin. Before that the area was really numb. Try it out if you want to.

Numbing cream (same day posting before 2pm)
Ordered the product before the 2pm cut off for same day posting , product did not arrive by royal mail until 3 days later which was too late for procedure, and after reaching out to company was told to contact royal mail who said it is the company who need to complain to get a refund not myself . Very unhelpful need to use a better courier

Absolutely Incredible!
I've bought items from TKTX for a few years now and their products are literally the only thing strong enough to get me through my 5 hour black work sessions. The cream really, REALLY pulls its weight. I've got a lot more tattoo work to do so this is the only place I feel like I can trust for numbing creams that help me make it through long sessions that would otherwise be brutal. So glad this place and these products exist.

NO SHOW - WHERES THE ORDER?!
The products are great and work really well… When they actually come! customer service is poor. I ordered 5 tubes a month ago and still haven’t seen any sign of them, after trying to contact them back I’ve had no luck at all in getting a response! C’mon now TKTX. Get your act together….
