It was probably easier than I made it
It was probably easier than I made it. But I was excited to be approved and ordered the wrong rims as I was looking at a couple different sets. Alex was very helpful not once but twice getting this corrected and getting me the items that I wanted at a price that I could afford. Very patient man can't wait to get them, They should ship today.

Was sent a tire I didn’t verify or approve of from tire bros. I do not need the tire, after weighing my options I needed my damaged tire repaired asap and the tire from tire bros would not arrive in time. So I never agreed to it. Come the morning of the 8th a tire arrived on my doorstep. From tire bros. No help in getting it returned. Perfectly good tire I do not need! I’ve emailed them everyday and have been told by customer service to check my spam folder, exactly what I’ve been doing everyday for over a week now. Been told they will take care of this. I didn’t verify the order so why am I being charged shipping costs to return the tire?I’ve been contacted by the company and they’re handling the situation and righting the problem. I appreciate the help from Alex at Tirebros for getting in contact with me and helping me out.

Update to my previous review, just received a phone call from Tirebros24, issue was resolved satisfactorily. Tires were upgraded and even gave free road hazard warranty and expedited shipping. I am pleased with the way they acknowledged the issue and made it right.
