Tineco vacuums are THE BEST! They get into all the tiny spaces and tight corners of the house. I have recommended them to 11 other people, and 8 got them and love them equally. The best one is the Tineco S9 Steam Artist Pro. It is expensive, but worth it.

I had a very disappointing experience with Tineco.My original Floor One S7 Steam unit stopped working on November 6, 2025. I waited almost two months for a replacement, which I finally received on January 6, 2026. Unfortunately, the replacement unit also failed after only a few uses (leaking water and malfunctioning sensors).Throughout this process, communication was confusing and inconsistent. I had to provide repeated photos and videos, escalate the case multiple times, and eventually involve the Better Business Bureau and the Washington State Attorney General’s Office just to get proper attention to my case.Although the product worked well when it functioned, the reliability was extremely poor. After two failed units of the same model and months without a working machine, Tineco refused to offer an upgraded replacement or reset the warranty. They only agreed to issue a refund after significant escalation.I did eventually receive my full refund, but the process took nearly three months and required far more effort than should ever be necessary for a defective product.Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Tineco due to poor quality control and very frustrating warranty handling.

We originally bought a Tineco A10 after moving into a larger home with 50/50 hard floors and carpet. It had good reviews and worked amazing for us on both floor types. Great for quick clean ups and longer, full-room cleans. Then we got a Pure One X for our place of business. Both models proved to be capable and convenient for their intended purposes. We recently suffered a house fire with majority loss, including all electric/electronic items. I will be replacing our Tineco with another from their stick-vac line since our house rebuild will feature all hard floors.

Do NOT buy anything from this awful company. I purchased an almost $200 mop vacuum and it broke down before it was even a month old. Tineco does not offer replacement parts in their website and you have to contact customer support to get the parts. Well did that to find out they won’t have the parts for 3+months. They cannot provide replacement parts and have wasted so much of my time emailing back and forth. All they had to do was make it right and they couldn’t even come up with a way to do that other that give me free replacement parts in 3+months when they are available. What a joke of a company.

Does not honor 2-year warranty
I purchased a Tineco Floor ONE S7 Steam for over $400. While still under the 2-year warranty, the battery stopped charging.After sending the unit back for evaluation, I was informed that it needed a battery replacement, but that they were out of stock on batteries and awaiting their arrival. Almost immediately I was then told the batteries were in and that my unit would ship in a couple of days. My unit never shipped, so I followed up and was eventually informed that my unit could not be repaired and was offered $168 because there were no “refurbished replacements” available. The warranty does not state that partial refunds are the standard resolution. I declined. A slightly higher amount was offered. I declined again. I simply wanted what I purchased — a functioning unit under warranty.After weeks of delay, I was finally offered a new S7 replacement. Beginning February 11, I was told multiple times that it was “processing for shipment” and would ship in “a few days.” No tracking number was ever provided.After continued follow-ups, I was then informed that the S7 is now sold out and I was offered a different model (S7 Stretch) instead. I asked how long it would take to ship and made clear I would only accept the offer if it shipped this week. That question has gone unanswered.After nearly 2 months of being dragged along, I am done with this company. Buy Dyson, I've heard amazing feedback about their warranty!

I just wanted a new dust cover
I’ve had a Tineco Smart Vacuum Cleaner for several years and I loved it. It fell and a small piece of the dust cover hinge broke, so that the cover often fell into the trash when emptying. Not a big deal but eventually became annoying enough I looked into replacing the cover. Thus begins a long story of the wrong item being ordered, discussions about why it had to be returned and ultimately returning the ordered item. What was ordered was entire hand unit as just a dust bin door was not available to order. I carefully included the model number of the unit I needed to fit my older charging unit and floor wand. What I received was NOT going to fit either piece. Tineco replied they would “like to invite you to try the product for another week.” It did not fit! It wasn’t working then and wasn’t going to work another week because it did not fit. Several back and forth emails that included pictures of the item I have, the item I ordered, the item I received, my online order form, the box information and anything else I could provide to explain the item received did not work with my equipment. This interaction occurred in the span of a week with Tineco responding to my emails quickly. It was irritating that I felt I was repeating myself to different people with each email, providing the same info more than once. And apparently all the numbers listed as model or serial numbers do not necessarily properly identify what was needed. So I still have a broken dust bin cover, which I will continue to work around since I love the vacuum, but I will not be dealing with Tineco directly about additional purchases. Update: it has been only a day since this review was posted and I was contacted again by Tineco. Now, suddenly, they totally understand what I was trying to accomplish and are more than happy to assist me, and would I please be “willing to revise my review”. No I will not and this attempt to appease me with what should have been done in the first place only makes me more sure I will never deal with these people again. Beware of Tineco support.

A few weeks ago, I purchased my very first Tineco product: the FLOOR One S6 Stretch Steam. It works incredibly well and performs exactly as it’s designed to do! Before placing my order, I reached out to Tineco’s customer service via their live chat with a few questions. I was pleasantly surprised to receive clear and quick answers from real people — no AI. The service was outstanding.The delivery to Belgium was also impressively fast, taking only a few days. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with both the product and the customer service. Ordering a bit tricky
Ordering a bit tricky, but doable, my 4 items were delivered in 3 separate mailings, but once received vacuum s working well. I love my stick vacuum, so light weight and easy to use and clean.

I ordered this on the advice of a friend and so far it works great. I did my back entry first which was very gritty and dirty and it did an amazing job. I like how it glides so not a lot of effort needed. Love this all in one!
