Finally timeshare-free!
Timeshare Legal helped us get out of our timeshare. We felt that the timeshare wasn’t really holding up to their end of the deal anymore and Timeshare Legal helped navigate us out of our contract with them. The process was simple and we’re very happy to now be timeshare-free.

I'm a huge skeptic
I'm a huge skeptic when it comes to companies promising you they can help you get out of something but boy am I glad to have used Timeshare Legal! After doing some research and asking a bunch of questions about affects to credit and verifying it wasn't a scam, we signed up. From the first day, there was constant communication and follow up and in the end, they were able to help us close our timeshare in less than a year! It was a thorough process and Jennifer, our assigned case rep, was wonderful.

Customer service explained process very well. The process was faster than expected and walked through each phase of process and we knew what to expect while waiting for the timeshare to be sold.

I never thought I’d be able to say I’m out from my timeshare. But today I can with the help of Timeshare Legal. They had reached out to me and at first I was very skeptical. I had to do some work on my end first and once I did I reached back out to them. They weren’t pushy just helpful. And completely reassuring throughout the process. It took over a year to finally get the cancellation but it happened

Out of debt and stress-free thanks for TSL
I’m embarrassed to admit, I got scammed by a vacation ownership company. The original contract seemed fair, but when the company was “bought out” I was forced into a contract that didn’t make sense and I couldn’t afford. I felt stuck, stressed, and ashamed. I hired timeshare legal and they walked me through the process of filing a complaint, canceling payments, and reporting them to the BBB, all without affecting my credit score. Monica and all the staff members that we dealt with were amazing. They helped us through the process and kept us informed through continued communication. The price is kinda steep and the process is long and nerve wracking, however, it's well worth it to be through with the maintenance fees!!!
