Appalling
We booked tickets to a gig through this company, waited and waited for the tickets to be emailed. When they didn’t come through we went onto the website which is ‘down for maintenance’ and has been for a week. Only when we went onto the gigs venue website we find out the gig has been cancelled so now trying to get a refund through the credit card company as there is no way of contacting anyone on this website. It was pure luck I screenshot the reference number when we booked.
