Honestly the process was super simple, the checklist made it clear what needed to be completed and what we needed to do together. Glad the process asked the questions it did even if some of them didn’t apply to us at all
First was so EASY to work with! The lawyers are super knowledgeable and it was fantastic to have this digitally available. It was much more cost effective than the $20k we were looking at to do it the manual way so I am super grateful to have this to hopefully never use it!

I just wrapped up my prenup with First and I could not be happier! I learned a lot throughout the process and had very meaningful conversations with my fiancé about our finances moving forward. First was fantastic -- my fiance and I knew very little about the process going into it, but it was important to us to have a prenup before getting married. We were pretty intimidated at the projected costs/timelines of getting a prenup via the traditional route, and started looking at SaaS alternatives. Both the First software itself and the legal counsel included really helped us understand critical aspects of the legal side of getting married. My lawyer, Eve Helitzer, was extremely attentive and helpful through the entire process -- if you're getting married in NY state I highly recommend her!!

Really glad we worked with First. We did a rush prenup and everything was easier than expected. We were against a tight deadline but even with that everything moved smoothly and quickly. The best part for us is that this removed everything scary which was why we decided to go this route for our prenup. We were going through this together as a couple instead of being against each other. That made such a difference and was reassuring to us, instead of combative which we felt it might be when we interviewed local attorneys. First helped take all the stress away from something we were dreading, which was why we procrastinated on it in the first place. As easy as it is for people to get married on a whim, prenups felt really hard to figure out. Thankfully Thisfirst had such great customer reviews and a very clean and trustworthy website that it made me choosing my prenup route much easier. I think this is the future of prenups, as high income earners, as the future of DINK/ DI at the least. Our estimate is for under 12 weeks and I’m very excited to be able to be able to wrap this up quickly.
