Great customer service
The gift is for my sister n law so I can't comment on the service itself, but I can comment on the interaction with the owner. I arrived before the Spa opened and left a message on the phone. She called me back within 10 minutes and was very kind and accommodating on the phone. I was able to purchase the gift card without having to return to her Spa which was 45 minutes away.

Bought a Mother’s Day gift card
Bought a gift card on 5/9 which was on sale until Mother’s Day 5/11. Should have cost $200, yet just found out my card was charged $250.Update: Ridgefield Spa responded to my issue and resolved. Very helpful and impressed by quick resolution.

Exceptional Experience Every Time
I absolutely love my massages with Darcey! Every time I visit, I know I'm in good hands. I've been dealing with neck and back issues for a while, and Darcey always knows how to help. Every time I get a massage I leave feeling so much better. She takes the time to understand my specific needs and really targets the areas that need attention. I can't recommend her enough, she's the best!!!
