We'll see, but this will likely be my last order. Total plus shipping didn't update until the button was literally hit to place order, and I would not have bought had I seen the actual amount. Not a good checkout system together with the fact you cannot even add to cart w/o an account.

UNREAL Customer Service and Shipping
I dont write reviews, however this company randomly showed up in my search for pants and they delivered better than any place I have ever ordered from. I had an upcoming event and needed the pants within 2 days. 1) I sent an email to customer service - skeptical if I would even hear back and assumed it would be automated. Not only did a real person respond but they responded within actual minutes, how!?! 2) They processed packed and shipped my order within a matter of hours and FOLLOWED UP. 3) the price - legit 50% cheaper than anywhere else. 4) Give Remy a promotion, their customer service and kindness was so sincere, helpful, prompt and consistent. Not only do I have my pants on time, I have them early! Will absolutely shop here again and again

This is the best small business. They have such great items for unbeatable prices. High quality! packaged perfectly every-time in COMPOSTABLE bags. I mean these girls are killing it! Plus Shipping is quick! And if the item doesn’t fit their customer service is excellent they are so kind and helpful. They just have Beautiful pieces! Horrendous experience
Horrendous experience. They have zero communication, do not understand luxury brands and they do not pay their consignors. I sent in a Dolce and Gabana Milano Pink leather handbag with special details and leopard lining, this bag resells on other sites for over $900 at least. They sold it for $333 and only said that I would receive half of that, I was beyond shocked. This felt like theft, I never saw it on the site and they never contacted me to let me know how they would price, not it is December, they say it sold in September and they have not paid me one cent. They also sold a brand new pair of Dita sunglasses that retail for $575 for $35. They ignore emails and at this point it is criminal. They sold my items without my approval, I see no proof of my handbag being listed and they have not paid me, they ignore all my emails and now I am going to take them to small claims. Run away and use a trusted and accountable resale platform

Really pleased with the selection and quality and pricing
I’ve ordered a few times now and I’ve been super impressed with what I’ve received. I know my sizing pretty well and can safely guess what will and won’t fit, and so far everything’s been spot on. The quality of the clothes has been great, better than expected honestly, and the prices have been pretty dang reasonable. The sales and coupons have also been great and made things much more affordable for me so I could build a great collection of quality work clothes without succumbing to cheap and fast fashion. I really wish thrift stores and other online retailers held themselves to the standard I find with The Revury.
