Ordered an item that was "5 to 8 days shipping". It has been nearly three weeks. Item is still showing as "Preparing shipping". I can find no contact phone number for the company. I have reached out to the company twice by e-mail for information and the only response I have received are two requests to review the item and company. Very unsatisfactory.
This company advertises quality merchandise, but what showed up was a ‘Made in China’ set of lamps that require assembly. The lampshades must be unfurled and re/connected to two metal rings for assembly! I contacted the company immediately via email requesting to return this $149.99 item but there’s been no response. The telephone is a non-working number fyi. Very sketchy in my opinion.
