A++ Customer Service
Michael has provided outstanding customer service throughout my process of purchasing a golf cart through his company. While our delivery time was impacted due to Covid-19 he kept us aware of shipping and delivery developments in a timely fashion via email. Once my cart delivered the product exceeded my expectations and he even replaced a damaged part (damaged by user/me) in a timely matter at no cost. While I've never met him I truly appreciate the level of customer service provided to me and hope to have the opportunity to do business with him again.
