My experience with the Jewelry Club as a new member has been exceptional. Not only is the quality of the items excellent and the customer service top-notch, but they also surprised me with a birthday notification. I am incredibly impressed!
they have been scamming me by forcing me to subscribe to the vip club and paying $40 without me explicitly agreeing to the subscription and hiding this in the fine print while simply purchasing a piece of jewelry from them.
I bought a lighter and the I aperently got a subscription that I didn’t even accept or knew anything about. I also just got charged 29 dollars so. If you wanna buy something there just so you know. You will get a subscription and get charged 29 dollars. Ass website and they suck like shit.
I stupidly bought a camera from them and then a month later I was charged 29 dollars for something, a massive SCAM because they have obviously charged me for a membership fee which I didn't agree to. Do not buy anything from them and make sure if you have you don't let them charge your account anything extra, absolute SCUMBAGS!!!
SCAM!! In a moment of weakness, I fell for one of those stupid Instagram ads, and bought a camera from them. However, they added on a bunch of extra charges - nowhere in the purchase process was a shipping fee listed, and yet, a very hefty one was charged to my card. There were a bunch of popups advertising "free add-ons" that I couldn't click away from, and despite claiming to be "free", were added to my order without me agreeing to buy them, adding another big delivery fee. I'm still fighting to get a refund - I had to cancel my card just so they wouldn't keep charging it for things I didn't agree to pay for! Stay away.
DON’T BUY FROM THEM. THEY ARE SCAMMERS. THEY TOOK MY MONEY AND THEN THEIR WEBSITE DISAPPEARED AND I CAN’T LOG IN INTO MY ACCOUNT AND THERE’S NO ORDER TRACKING OR ANYTHING! THEY ALSO TRIED TO CHARGE ME THREE TIMES MORE THAN SUPPOSED TO BUT THANKFULLY MY CARD SUSPECTED THE SCAM AND BLOCKED THE PAYMENT. I HAD TO FULLY BLOCK MY CARD SO THEY WON’T TRY TO STEAL FROM ME AGAIN. THEY DONT RESPOND TO E-MAILS AND MESSAGES TO CUSTOMER SUPPORT. I AM NOT GONNA STOP SPEAKING ABOUT THAT UNTIL THEY GIVE ME A FULL REFUND.
I ordered a small gift from their site thinking it was a one-time purchase. A few weeks later I noticed random charges popping up on my bank statement labeled under a completely different company name. Turns out they enrolled me in some ridiculous “premium membership” without my consent or any clear notice. Customer service was no help at all — just kept repeating that I must’ve agreed to it (spoiler: I didn’t). Had to cancel my card to stop the charges. Total scam operation dressed up like a legit business. Don’t fall for it.
SCAM WEBSITE!!!!!I only now read reviews here about their vip membership charge that was not listed, HA!! happened to me too, yesterday. “They” only listed the order charge in the email, but then my bank emailed me that they blocked my card for safety because of a suspicious transaction.Can you guess what that rransaction was? :)))))) That is right! The charge for theborder showed up as Jewelry club, while the hidden charge as Jewel club!!!! the attempted charge was ‘only’ 8usd. Cancelled the car and issued a new one!!
They are BIG SCAMMERS. KEEP ON DEDUCTING MONEY FOR NO REASON. I don’t even know why the money is deducted
My opinion is THIS COMPANY THE JEWLERY CLUB is a SCAM, they've been charging my account $29.95 a month for 10 months after I bought some trinkets early in the year. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND AGAINST USING THEM.

STAY AWAY. I ordered a hoodie from this website that i had seen advertised, i was super excited for it and shipping took over 2 weeks. When the hoodie came i was physically disgusted, its a plastic material with no movement whatsoever, its uncomfortable to wear as it drags across your skin. Second of all the product was terribly made, the writing on the back was bleeding and you could barely see the picture on the front. Third of all it looks nothing like the advertisement did and i’m near sure this company stole it off someone else as i seen a different advertisement yesterday from a different company and the reviews looked much better. Lastly they add you to a vip subscription without you knowing that apparently costs £29.99 luckily i found this out this morning and was able to cancel it but still shocked they need to scam people to make an income. I’m disgusted, CLOSE THIS WEBSITE DOWN.

I wish there were a way to give 0 stars, as this company is clearly making up fake purchases to pad their reviews. There is indeed a “membership” you’re automatically signed into, as others have shared here. The terms and conditions are never described in any follow up email, the only message I received that stated “subscription” was in reference to the E-MAILS they were sending, and very “helpfully” offered to unsubscribe me from the list serve. The only way to discontinue membership and/or receive a full refund is by e-mailing the company. They have been reported to the BBB several times and have done the bare minimum to not be shut down, but it’s clear their business model is to charge unsuspecting people and hope they don’t go through the trouble of contacting them or pushing for a full refund. If you are in this situation, DEMAND a full refund. You have a right to know exactly what a membership entails, and to see the terms and conditions clearly laid out in print.
