Unfortunately was a highly recommended…
Unfortunately was a highly recommended facility in the past. No longer if you truly expect caring & compassion showed to your loved one do not send them to the Goodlife Facilities. So many changes have taken place in the last year that the care and service has declined tremendously. Family should provide food for their loved ones as the owner is trying to expand the business and is cutting back on the necessary things that people need including food. Staff is now under a dictatorship and is harassed if they show any sign of compassion or ethics and will not do what they know is wrong. Management makes your life miserable until you resign as the owner will not "pay unemployment". We ask that you please do research while looking for a place for your loved one, and remember the owner is a salesman you will be told anything so they can make a profit, your loved one deserves better. Please do not allow this company to make their finals days miserable
