Customer service - B+Thier customer service was clean and fast, despite only using it once, getting me the information I needed within a day of requesting.Shipping - A+Came 5 days earlier than the assumed delivery date which is always a huge bonus for anyone waiting for overseas delivery like me.Card Quality - ANo centering or rendering issues, the cards were in perfect condition and shipped tightly. Only problem was a slight visual glitch but part of me thinks it wasn't TheGameCrafter's fault. Just a weird thing where if a card had the number 200 on it, it would be discolored from all the other text.UI and Designing interface - A-Had a really weird glitch where the "add card design" button which normally takes you to your file explorer just didn't work, and it took me a little to find where to make custom cards, but I got around it. Once all that was done, the rest was smooth sailing!Overall Grade - AOverall a great experience, would and will recommend and re-order.
I just wanna say that everyone that is complaining about the drift and all the other things it literally says it on there website like it is written there and I'm going to order my first ever copies soon I cant wait this website has plenty of different options of things to get and very good prices a little difficult to make the boxes but that's fine I will learn at some point but overall 5/5.
although i provided perfectly centered images, all printed images were not centered, resulting in awkward uneven borders that pretty much ruins the two decks i ordered. pricier than most printers, this was certainly not worth it, as not a single one of the 160 cards i had printed was acceptable quality. when i reached out to the customer service they gaslit me saying cards were .5mm off center and that was within their stated measurements, i measured and the design was 3mm off center. they refused to reprint or offer any refund for misprinted decks. would not recommend or use again, might as well have just burned the 75 bucks.
I am happy with my service. I had made custom cards for wedding invitations and they are everything we wanted and more. The how to guides were easy to follow. The cards look and feel great. You would think they are a TCG card by holding them. They were upfront about the time table. We got our 200 cards in about 3 weeks. I am already planning my next order.
I ordered twice through this company. The first order was for six decks of Oracle cards. Each deck was supposed to have 47 individual cards. When I received the decks after a long wait each deck was missing the same three cards. On my second order, we made sure everything was correct, although we don’t know why the three cards were missing. The second order was for five decks. I received the five decks after a long wait. I opened the first deck and although it had 47 cards, there were seven or eight of the same cards in multiples of five. I opened the next deck and it was the same thing only with different cards, after opening all five decks and sorting through them, there were five complete decks. What if I had sold the decks without opening them and checking them, somebody would’ve received five of the same seven or eight cards. I am waiting to hear back from them, although I’m not very sure based on other reviews that anything will be resolved. Before I received the second order, I ordered another 25 decks, however, because the second order was messed up I canceled the third order. I now have a credit of 800+ dollars from game crafters and wonder if I will ever get that money back because I don’t think I will order anything through them again because they can’t seem to get my order straight.
I ordered once on this web site and for a custom box, cards and manual the price was really good! The quality is also surprisingly great. Alot of tool to help you on their website and the customer service was nice and helpful! I just ordered my second project with them since it’s the best option on the market for custom board/card game. Thanks, from a Canadian customer!
Their ordering system is extremely cryptic and difficult to understand. There is NO customer support whatsoever. All orders are final, no refunds, no returns, and it is so difficult to ascertain actual quantities and even which files they will use; it is easy to believe you are ordering one thing, when in fact you will receive something else.
This company refuses to take responsibility when they made an error. They cut my cards too close to the edge and claimed it was a "drift" issue, when clearly it was a poor cut job and no one checked them to make sure they turned out good. Now I am out a substantial amount of money and missed my deadline. I wouldn't trust this company to print anything.
The Game Crafter is always improving and produces great quality products of the numerous I have tested, the support staff is always available working to solve issues and I even hear directly from those most invested in the company. I have had products from deck boxes, playing cards, and stickers for pawns made by the game crafter. The staff is my favorite part, but they also have a website that is very utility based with organized and clean layout with easy to follow instructions and demonstration videos.
So many things are wrong with this company recently. From missing components to lost coupon codes, nothing is going right. They refuse to include all components in one of their crowd sales, but include them in regular sales, large laminated playsheets are squared off instead of having nice rounded corners, and above all, coupon codes are lost when accidentally transferring your cart to a wish list. When checking out, the code was missing and when typing it in to actually use in the first place, it states I already used it. Support is just as worthless. They said it is there and called me an idiot, and will most likely tell me to take it up with the 'gifter' who gave out the codes. On top of the cheap components, they now want to raise prices. Be nice if there was a 'Drive Thru' system to print on demand (hint, hint!)
Really good customer service.
