Love the product, fast shipping
Shipping was fast. I received my product less than 5 days after ordering, and in great condition. Will definitely order again in the future.

Good packaging, subtle flavors, pricey
The products are packaged very well and look very nice. I got the apricot/lavender jam and orange jam, both of which had very nice scents and subtle tastes. They are best alone rather than with peanut butter. I think French Farm is best for these unique combination type jams rather than the usual like raspberry.

Not the worst experience but not even…
Not the worst experience but not even close to the best. From shipping to delivery, of product, it was atrocious. I followed the tracking and it made its way to madison, wisconsin then went back to its original location all within 3 days. Was suppose to be here Friday per tracking but didn't show up til Monday. Product doesn't even taste like pistachio creme. Only reason I gave it 2 stars was because whomever packed it did a great job. I won't be ordering again.

I loved these cookies so much on a plane that I saved the wrapper to find them later. So glad I did! The company shipped my order perfectly and offers fantastic French products at great prices. Definitely recommend!

Beautiful and well-made tea towels!
The tea towels that I had ordered were packaged well, without any damage.The fabric is soft, without any roughness or bleeding of colors. I would highly recommend these products because they look and feel great. And the chocolate coconut spread is delicious!

Outstanding customer service
I placed my first order with the French Farm and am very impressed. There was an issue with the shipping through FedEx (not their fault) and when I reached out to the French Farm, they immediately followed up with FedEx to create a support ticket. Most online shopping companies would have just sent me over to FedEx to try and deal with it myself. As a result, my delivery arrived I believe the next day! And because of the way everything was so very well packaged, all of contents were in perfect condition. Their friendly customer service team was a delight to work with.

Life w/o French mustard isn't Life
Leaving Burgundy with only carry-on luggage, my Fallot mustards from Beaune were confiscated by CDG security. The French Farm re-stocked my pantry perfectly, merci!
