I’m honestly not sure how my most recent order is going to go. The item is backordered and while the website says 1-2 weeks, I’ve been contacted that they don’t actually know when the item will be back. And shipping for a case of caps elsewhere is half of what I’m being charged for shipping.

Good customer experience
Everything was straight forward. Ive ordered samples from a few different places over 3 weeks ago and im still waiting on those samples. With the Cary Co. It was simple to order samples and they already shipped them and I'll be recoeving them soon. So this is far better than other options out there.

Shipment
I ordered 3-30 gal drums and they were shipped Fed Ex ground. They were boxed and ended up on the conveyors which messed up the boxes. I talked to the Fed ex driver and she said they should have been shipped as is, drums, and then they would have been handled better. I did not want to pay the extra fees for LTL shipment either.
