I thought that there was a problem with the date feature, but they advised me correctly and the issue was resolved. They stood behind their product and earned my trust. Product is beautiful.

Flawless process
The timepiece I received exceeded all expectations!!! And the best part was it arrived two days ahead of the scheduled delivery date. The ordering process was flawless! I definitely will purchase a few more timepieces from this site!

Emma handled theproblem with my purchase but…
I had a problem with my purchase but they honored it and sent a replacement. The contact person “Emma” texted me and asked if I was satisfied with my purchase. Emma did a great job in getting the replacement to me.

I was a bit spectacle however…
I was a bit spectacle however everything was smooth with regards to the delivery and how long it took. Emma took care of me answered any questions I had adjusting my band. I would highly recommend if you’re interested in making a purchase from them. Everything was super.

Elegant/Beautiful
Truly the easiest purchase I have made and I have a beautiful, elegant watch. It shipped quickly and the packaging was just as beautiful. The watch was even more than described, you would never know the difference. They follow up with you via text and give you updates as they occur. I would buy again from them. If I could give more stars I would give them 10.
