I can't brag on Joyce enough!!! She was thorough, patient, and didn't make me feel crazy going through the publishing process! It was a lot!!! Joyce's reassurance kept me going. I feel as though I have gained a new friend! She is a 5 star individual!!!
"I Need A New Jesus" is my first novel so naturally I was apprehensive since I wasn't knowledgeable of the whole publishing process. The personnel at The Authors Central were caring and considerate. Joyce's guidance was invaluble, and her professional edits were extremely helpful and inspiring. Kevin worked closely with me to produce the manuscript that I wanted to see published. Although I did end up spending a little more money than what was originally advertised, the expense was worth it. I know an author who went the traditional way with an agent paying him up front, but telling him what to do, and I believe his agent's requirements ended up changing his book in a negative way. Self-publishing with The Authors Central allowed me to be able to publish my book my way. The Authors Central also has promotional strategies that you control, unlike when you leave it all in the hands of an agent. I believe that paying for self-publishing with The Authors Central worked well for me and I am very pleased with the final product.

They are very accommodating, ensuring your editing and publishing experience is smooth and effortless. I shared my ideas for the book cover and the images I had in mind, and they delivered, surpassing my expectations. They made me feel at ease and confident in their process. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.
I invested $7,500 with this so-called publishing company (they operate under the names The Authors Central and American Publishing Solution, same people, just hiding behind different titles). They promised full book publishing, marketing, and copyrights, but I received nothing in return. They created my Amazon KDP account under their company name instead of mine, which means all of my royalties are going directly to them. I don’t even have access to the sales dashboard to see how much I’m earning. Essentially, they have stolen my book and my income. I was shuffled between six different people. Joyce White, Rachel Futsa, Shawn, Chris Diaz, and Ronan O’Brien. Each made promises and excuses until they eventually stopped responding. When I finally confronted Joyce White, she tried to cover it up by saying “we fired everyone,”which makes no sense at all. This entire operation is nothing but a fraud and a scam. They take your money, lock you out of your own accounts, and keep every penny of your royalties.⚠️ Do NOT trust Authors Central or American Publishing Solution. They are the same scam company under different names. I lost $7,500 and my book rights because of them. Don’t let them do the same to you.Do not be fooled by the fake 5 star reviews 🙄
