NOT ROAD WORTHY
Well, only after purchase did a verified seller tell me that there might be problems with brakes. Went to get them checked and Halfords came to me with....Both front lower suspension and ball joint.Bodged exhaust in place with clamps and silicone to stop leak.Driver rear wheel bearing rough.Coolant leak, passage bolted to manifold.Rear Main sill oil seal leaking.Lowering springs at front new standard on back.Crash damage to rear. Battery test fail.Rear dust covers and bump stops missing.FRONT SIDE LIGHTS HAVE LEDS LIGHTS IN!How the aa have let this seller be on their site baffles my mind. I wasn't allowed to drive the car away. Seller refused sending recovery and drove it away again probably to be resold to the next MUG. STAY AWAY FROM SF CARS LTD.

I reached out to AA and they stepped in, a wonderful lady Grace was assigned to help me and she did a wonderful job from the beginning to the end, she helped me recover part of the money spent on the vehicle back. I recently used the AA Mediation service to help manage my case to return a used vehicle back to a dealer that had a serious mechanical fault. It was my daughter's first car as a learner driver and she had spent all her savings on it, so when the engine failed after only a few months it was devastating. Without the persistence and professionalism of the AA Mediation service I don’t think we would have got to a positive conclusion and got my daughters money back. Throughout the process I dealt with Lauren Mack from the AA Mediation team who was extremely efficient and professional in dealing with the case. Her regular updates, clear communication and tenacious efforts to help get to a positive conclusion were second to none. Lauren is a credit to the AA Mediation team, so again a massive thank you!

You advertise cars in stock to get people to sign up, when in fact they are not in stock, then you lie about when they are to receive the car by giving them a date. Couple of days later you get told there not in stock.but don't worry it may be along in 2 months time.

I used Lauren to mediate with a dealer who refused to refund me for a car. Autotrader and trading standards could not help. Lauren managed to get the dealer to do the the refund within 2 weeks. Fantastic service coming from the mediation team. I cannot commend them enough. Well done for the excellent service.

The AA Badge Meant Nothing Dealer Fees Matter More Than Consumers
The AA continues to advertise and associate with a car dealer I personally had a very serious and negative experience with. Despite raising concerns and providing details about the issues I encountered, the dealer remains advertised and promoted.In my case, the vehicle I purchased was later found through independent diagnostics and inspection to have multiple serious faults and undisclosed issues. I raised these concerns previously yet no visible action appears to have been taken.Consumers reasonably trust the AA name and assume that businesses advertised or promoted by them have been subject to meaningful checks or standards. Based on my experience that confidence is misplaced.I have previously raised concerns and posted about this matter and I have not forgotten it. The lack of response or accountability raises serious questions about how the AA protects consumers versus how it protects its commercial relationships.I would urge anyone relying on AA cars advertising or recommendations to carry out their own independent checks and not assume that association with the AA guarantees transparency or consumer protection.

Lauren was so attentive from the first phone call, she made a call to the trader and we came to an agreement (we had been weeks trying to get a straight answer from trader) so we are very grateful that our dispute was cleared up just before Christmas! 10/10 for Lauren as she saved the day for us !!

Worse company do to driving lessons…
Worse company do to driving lessons with and I truly recommend to avoid this instructor called EMMA FIDGETT as she always tends to cancel the lesson and reschedule, always be late and have a smoke break between the 2 hour lesson, and to me she would waste about 30 minutes of my 2 hours lesson which isn't fair. One day when I had a lesson I waited outside for almost half an hour and in the end she did not show up. I contacted the company about this the same day and told them how I've been waiting and how she s always been late and wasting my time, then when I made the complaint they made me wait for a response back as the company had to talk to her about it as well and I NEVER got a response back from them I HAD to contact them about it and ask for an update, as they completely forgot . And when I called them I explained to the lady I got transferred to that I've been waiting for a response back and told her my issue again she then said that there is a note on my account says that the instructor replied , saying that she had to wait about 20 something minutes but I didn't show up so she just left. The lady on the phone then said she can't do anything and will transfer me to the complaint team which I had to wait over 3 weeks to get a call back from them. I answered I told them how I want my money back from that one lesson and how it isnt fair what happened to me, then they said again that they can't do anything as the instructor doesn't want to refund me the money. Took soo long to get an answer back just for them to say that they cant help😀. I also mentioned to them how I have cameras outside the house and will send them as proof that the instructor never showed up but again they said they couldn't do anything about. Yeah so honestly this is the worse company to ever have driving lessons with, and the people that are supposed 'try to help' not doing anything and is taking weeks for a response from them. Just avoid it

Terrible service for car leasing
We have used AA to lease a car for a couple of years. It did not turn up on the agreed date and no contact. Two weeks later having to chase every day. Still no car with various excuses. We have not been offered a substitute while the problem gets sorted and no date when the car will finally be delivered. So far paying insurance for a car we have not got. For a large corporation this is absolutely disgusting service. I would not recommend them

Perseverance Pays off.
I was having difficulties getting a used car dealer ship to take my car back after an initial repair. Long story but they point blank refused to help.The car was an AA approved vehicle so I contacted the AA mitigation team to see if they could help. I was contacted by a lady called Verity Lowe and she was fantastic. She got the full history from me then contacted the garage, their initial response was no different, however, she kept me informed as she went back and forth and eventually agreed with them to take the vehicle back. She was absolutely fantastic and so was the result. Thank Verity for you diligence on my behalf.
