To be honest, I was skeptical about this company due to lack of reviews. After thorough research, I decided to take the chance and am very glad I did. The items arrived quicker than I expected and install went relatively smoothly. Roberto reached out to me directly via email and provided his contact # in case I had any issues - very rare in my experience for a company to do this proactively. I ended up reaching out twice to him for questions during the install process and he was extremely helpful, even being available to help after business hours. I've been very impressed by their communication and the materials delivered seem to be of quality. Took the cart out for first time last night and it zips! Way better acceleration that before and never have to worry about messy lead acid batteries again!
