My phone was a mess. Nothing worked. Took it to Techy on 7/15/2025/ Payson was the gentleman who worked on my phone. He was friendly and courteous, I am 84 years old and admittedly technologically illiterate. At no time did he make me feel inadequate or stupid. He has very good customer service skills
Most of the reviews are fake, the seller persuades customers to give a good review, since they pay commissions for that, I personally was scammed by them and they deceived me at all times, I bought a phone with them and they told me that they could return it to me if I did not like the condition of the device,They told me that I had to pay in advance to have it brought to me and when it arrived the device was in bad condition, and they never wanted to refund the money, they are scammers and the evidence I am talking about, if at any time this article is useful to someone, please give it a like so that more people can see it...
