This is the absolute worst customer…

This is the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced with a car company. Their uConnect Service is maybe ran by a 4-year-old. I don't know what the hell. I have called like 30 times and gotten hung up on like 28 of those times. You select menu options and then get redirected back to the phone menu without getting a person. I called in one day and all their phone numbers were forwarded to T-Mobile like literally the phone company. This is the most screwed up company I have ever bought a car from! So furious and I will never ever buy a Chrysler or related vehicle again if this is the kind of customer service they provide.I just called back again four different times and tried to select the firmware update option from their menu and it just sends you in a loop back to the menu and if you don't put in your VIN right away then you can't talk to anybody. Whoever's running this department needs to be fired!

What a stinking pile of useless Refuse

What a stinking pile of useless Refuse.I'm the owner of a $92,000 2025 Dodge RAM that I've been paying on for 6 months, that has 1018 miles on the clock, and that has been driven by the dealerships more than myself.The folks overseas that manage RAM "Care" --> don't care. The folks overseas that manage roadside assistance don't provide any assistance, roadside or otherwise.The truck has been in the shop for battery, charging, not starting repeatedly. After 3 short months the geniuses at FCA have indeed figured out how to replace a b-a-t-t-e-r-y!Now the truck rattles, and I have an appointment 165 miles away because the local dealerships in Montana refuse to work on rattle truck because FCA won't reimburse them.If you're thinking of buying American, save yourself the frustration, tears, and nerves; never mind your inability to speak foreign languages and buy a Toyota, or anything else, just not a RAM.

Fraudulent lemon warranty

Sold us a truck in 09 with a bumper-bumper warranty and an one million mile powertrain warranty. We needed the rear end replaced and they did everything possible to kick us out of our warranty, while letting our truck sit for 6 months at the dealership unrepaired. We WERE a Chrysler Dodge family, but not anymore. They can take their junk and shove it up their rear ends. Do yourself a favor and find a vehicle elsewhere. They don't honor anything they tell you and everything they say is lies and scams. We will never purchase another Chrysler/Dodge product again!

It’s been over an hour that the customer service representative went to get a supervisor. I’m still on hold! Meanwhile, my trucks in the shop, and I’m out of service! FCA US LLC, please ask the supervisor to take me off of hold!

The worst customer service ever!! Just keep taking the truck back, and not repaired.. running out of mileage warranty.

The Non Customer Care Service

What does this "customer care" company even exist for if they have no intentions on helping the customer? We had to take our 2021 Dodge Ram 3500 in for a whole new transmission which was covered under the factory warranty. It was in the shop for 5 weeks. We requested a rental since it was our work truck. They would never give us a straight answer on if they would cover a rental. They stated they "may" reimburse us. We can't function off if may. It's either you will or will not and we have to make our financial decisions around that. They even questioned if it was even broke down even when it was in a Dodge certified service department. I have never dealt with a more frustrating company who have zero intentions of helping the customer in all my life.

Call Center Workers have no intention of answering

First call someone answers but doesn't speak, i don't hang up because i know there is a survey at the end of the call and I have run into this game with other remote customers service reps from other companies. Game: I'm going to pick up but not speak or resolve issue or hang up to put you back in the queue and still get a paycheque. So I didn't hang up thats what they want, i waited til the call expired and left answers to the survey 3 questions. 2nd time I called she spoke then hung up but survey comes on if they hang up so I answered survey again, 3rd time I spoke to someone who started a case file but I wasn't confident she understood what I was looking for so I called back and spoke to a nice guy who got me as far as a new case number and a return email requesting docs, so I replied sending the docs they said the file was too large and to break it up into one or more emails so i did, only to get a response from someone else saying that they don't take direct emails. Tomorrow morning I will call back and blast someone for sure nothing but a bunch of stupid, ignorant and useless call center workers. Always answer the survey don't hang up. FCA LLC get on the ball!!!! All I Need is a Manuafacturers Letter of Compliance for EPA/DOT

I've been calling the FCA Dodge…

I've been calling the FCA Dodge Customer support and my case manager for almost 3 months now, twice a day. I've only spoken to my case manager twice and I've had numerous customer support individuals hang up on me. I have never had my case manager reach back out to me and they never forward me or move me up to a supervisor to get a new case manager.I have a $13K engine on order and no one can tell me anything about it. I've never been this frustrated in my life!!

FCA Customer Assistance is a farce

FCA Customer Assistance is a farce. They lead you on make all sorts of promises of making things right then deny all requests. Example: FCA encouraged me to take my Ram to a dealer for repairs because they said they would consider goodwill/cost assistance only if I took it to a dealer. I did and paid the highly inflated dealer rate then FCA denies any goodwill because out of warranty despite the fact I previously took the truck to a dealer while still under warranty but they couldn’t fix it then. And they hang up on you if you push back in any way. The worst customer service ever.

They really really suck.

They really really suck.Our "care specialist" Dana at extension 4062121 never responds to our emails.If you try and call her she doesn't answer the phone.You either get her Mailbox, which is full, or she picks up the phone and you get to hear her talk to one of her fellow employees while she ignores you.We'll never ever ever ever buy any car represented by these people again. And neither should you.

Terrible

Terrible, we have 3 ram trucks and 2 have had wheels come off while driving on the highway. Luckily no one was injured. We were told FCA would reimburse for towing, repairs and parts but I have exchanged 50+ emails and they will not reimburse for towing or repairs because we self performed the towing and repairs as we have the equipment and mechanics.

Worse customer experience of my life

Worse customer experience of my life, I've been waiting on a seat covered to get my vehicle back on the road that was delayed by the manufacturer. After 7+ months of waiting I feel I need to warn others to never deal with this company or buy a RAM truck unless they do not value customer service at all.

This company can’t spell customer...

This company can’t spell customer service. They obviously could care less about it. I purchased a new Ram 2500 and when I tried to use their Uconnect app it wouldn’t allow me to as someone in the dealership had already enrolled someone else in the program. Now I’m being made to jump through hoops to prove I’m the rightful owner! Their supervisor was surly and not at all helpful or understanding.

This company and their so called…

This company and their so called "customer service" is so bad, it makes any other company look good by comparison.I had a 2016 Dodge Dart which had a recall on the gear shift cable. Because I had already broke down on the road due to this, I had already replaced it. I submitted the required paperwork to (FCA US LLC) for a refund of the repair which they promised. After months of waiting, I finally received a check (sort of) in the mail but it was for over $110.00 less than what the repair cost. If that wasn't bad enough, the post office had destroyed the check by accident and sent only half of it and a lame apology letter.I then contacted FCA US LLC's customer service phone number as well as email. I explained what happened and sent them photographs of both the letter and the destroyed check. I was told I would get a replacement check in 30 days. Needless to say, that didn't happen. It didn't happen in 60 days either. In fact, I still haven't been reimbursed to this day. All phone calls fell on inept ears and all emails regarding this have been ignored.I'll never do business with any company they represent ever again. And I feel sorry for anyone who ever faces a need for customer service.

Problems returning leased vehicle

I was leasing a vehicle from a dealership that closed. Now I have to return it and most dealerships do not accept it. I could only find one 50 miles away that will accept it. Their customer service provided no satisfactory solution and is a mess. Every time I called I got a different response regarding where to return the vehicle and they all turned out to be inaccurate as when I called the dealership they would not accept it anyway.They do not seem to have any channel to voice your complains. When I asked for it I was told a 'manager' would call me back within 72 hours, which hasn't happened yet. Very, very disappointing! I'm done with FCA.

Registration and Cleaning

My registration and cleaning went on smoothly. The technician was efficient and he did everything that I authorized him to do.What I like is his patience, attitude and know-how. He is terrific.Great job.
