I have been with this program since 2018. We have been trying to get a resolution all this time. Obviously Covid pushed things back that was kind of in our favor, but still the debt was weighing on our minds and we suffered in silence, they managed to come up with two offers within this time that was just not a reachable amount. I’ve been speaking with Jessie Moreno The last couple months, she was very aggressive with helping obtaining some type of settlement that was acceptable. After patiently waiting all these years we finally reached a settlement. TLA has been patient and understanding with our case. Every staff member I encountered was helpful. However, Jessie was a standout she explained to me questions ive asked for years that I could never seem to receive a definitive answer. I understand my case is just a small fraction of the client load and I didn’t expect to be prioritized but Jessie sure made me feel like a priority. Thanks for all the help.

They took me on From another tax place that totally strung me along for almost 6 years and didn't get anything accomplished or communicated hardly. They just took my money instead. Tax Law Advocates has GREAT staff that were friendly and talked me every few weeks and sometimes more than once a week if needed. I was never in the dark about anything. I paid a flat fee and used a payment plan and paid it off within a year and my debt was actually taken care of that works for me without BREAKING the bank. They are keeping me in their care for 6 extra months in case issues arise. I definitely recommend them! They will actually help you and get you out of debt! Thank you!
