I had a great experience at tata motors…

I had a great experience at tata motors , the staff was very experienced and knowledgeable, they helped me at lot of engine stuff and also guided me at it .

My father visited R A Motors Thandi Sadak, Farrukhabad (UP)

My father visited R A Motors, Thandi Sadak, Farrukhabad for the 1st service of my Tata Punch, and the experience was extremely disappointing.The service centre seems completely unprepared and poorly managed. Even for minor parts, they said they didn’t have stock. For an authorised Tata service centre, this is unacceptable.The worst part was their irresponsible handling of my documents. They misplaced my service booklet, and instead of taking responsibility, the staff casually said “koi aur le gaya hoga, humein nahi pata”. This kind of response is highly unprofessional and careless.It’s shocking to see such unprofessional and irresponsible people working under a reputed brand like Tata Motors. Centres like this seriously damage Tata’s brand image in the market.I strongly urge Tata Motors to audit this service centre and take strict action, otherwise customers will completely lose trust.

Tata is perfect for India

Tata is perfect for India, specially for the middle class people. I gives hope for those class to own cars and experience some luxury without hurting their pocket . Just marketing should be done thoughtful , because even though I'm a miser person I don't want the people to know.

I purchased the Tata Altroz with high…

I purchased the Tata Altroz with high expectations, but my experience has been nothing short of disappointing.The after-sales service is extremely poor. Service advisors are unresponsive, lack technical knowledge, and fail to resolve issues even after multiple visits. Getting spare parts is a slow and frustrating process, and there's no proper follow-up or accountability from Tata’s customer care.The mileage is far below expectations. Despite the company’s claims, I barely get 10-12 km/l in city conditions with the petrol variant. For a car marketed as efficient, this is unacceptable.The fit and finish of the car is also subpar. Interior plastics feel cheap, panel gaps are noticeable, and the overall build quality doesn’t match the price tag. Even basic features like the infotainment system lag and feel outdated.I regret choosing the Altroz. Tata needs to seriously improve its service network, engine performance, and overall product quality. I would not recommend this car to anyone looking for a hassle-free ownership experience.

Don't buy any Tata vehicles

Don't buy any Tata vehicles. Their vehicles are the worst. They use the lowest quality components, and their customer service is the worst. They charge customers exorbitant prices without even doing the job properly. Their products are also not up to the mark. Therefore, don't buy any Tata vehicles.

Tata Motors was one of the worst…

Tata Motors was one of the worst experiences we had. purchased a Tata Intra vehicle 7 months back & right now the vehicle is not working. If there are any problems after purchasing the vehicle, no one will respond. I attempted to contact the customer care and service center, but they were not helpful. It has been 5 days and they have still not found any issues with the vehicle. Don't trust Tata Motors and don't buy any vehicle from the company. Worst service center and customer support.Simhachalam

I purchased a Tata Nexon in 2021 with high hopes, attracted by its reputation for safety and robust build quality. However, after just a few years of ownership, my experience has been marked by significant mechanical failures that have severely impacted my trust in the vehicle's reliability and have become a considerable financial burden.The first major incident occurred in 2024 while driving in heavy evening traffic. Without warning, the vehicle suddenly shut down, leaving the gear and brake unresponsive. This was a terrifying experience and a significant safety concern. I was forced to have the car towed to a service centre, where a major and costly gearbox replacement was required. This kind of catastrophic failure on a relatively new car is deeply disappointing and unacceptable.Adding to my frustration, the vehicle now requires a major suspension overhaul, which is yet another unexpected and expensive repair. The recurring issues have turned what should have been a source of convenience into a constant source of stress and regret.This experience is a stark contrast to my previous car, a Maruti Alto, which I owned for 12 years. Over a decade, it performed reliably, requiring nothing more than routine annual servicing and a few standard wear-and-tear replacements like tires and a battery. It never left me stranded or presented such serious mechanical problems.For me, the Tata Nexon has been an "elephant" in my garage—an expensive and demanding vehicle that has "guzzled" my hard-earned money in repairs. While I appreciate Tata Motors' focus on safety, the consistent lack of mechanical reliability has made this a regrettable purchase. I would caution any prospective buyer to consider the potential for these major, unexpected maintenance costs and the overall peace of mind that a truly reliable vehicle can provide.

On 8th August 2025 I have taken…

On 8th August 2025 I have taken delivery of Tata Safari Pure + 2025 model (as per Invoice date), but since as per Hindu mythology 9th August 2025 date was good, I have taken delivery of car on 09th August 2025. On 17th August 2025 (Sunday), I with my family went for Lunch to distance about 60 kilo meter. While retuning, It was about 6 kilo meter to reach my home and I have seen "Engine Hazard Light" symbol on meter panel. Immediately I have stopped the car and Called the service engineer (Amit Sarma, Mobile No. 6900921560) and Sales Officer (Mr. Dibakar, Mobile No. 9101840413) of your dealer "Axom Cars" Guwahati, Assam, India. They have asked for photo in whatsapp and I have shared immediately. Looking at the photo i have sent, they suggested me to drive slowly to home as workshop is closed on Sunday.On 18.08.2025 I have taken the car to the workshop. Lifting the car up we have seen in a particular place a bunch of wire was cut. Engineer said it was cut either by Dog or by Cat. They suggested me to claim for insurance as it cost will be around Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand only), so I did as they have asked. My car is at dealers workshop now.My grievances is, for such a costly car, -why you have kept all the wire open in bottom part of the car and not given extra guard / protection to safe guard the wires.-Will you provide any permanent solution to this problem? -How would like to compensate my loss as I am loosing insurance no claim bonus?Today I have repaired.... Tomorrow it may happen again. Buying this car, I just can not kill rats, cats, dogs etc. and spend sleepless night waiting for all those insect / animals. Please Note: The safari is my 11th No. Car. Currently I am using Renault Duster, TATA Punch (in my wife Name), Mahindra Scorpio, Maruti Wagon R, Hyndai I 10. Earlier Hyndai Sentro, Hyndai Verna, Hyndai EON, TATA NENO, Maruti Omni etc. But I have never ever experienced such unexpected incident with these cars.

Very bad

Very bad, Abdullah gave fake note and nitesh spat on me.I think Patel and nitesh scammed me as nitesh farted on my 4 year old disabled son.He was also eating a dish and nitesh snatched it out of his hand ate it and screamed fein very angry!

Escalation to Nodal Officer , Tata Head India

My Tata Tigor has broken down the third time. The car has been sent to TAFE Access Egmore Branch on 31st July 2025. No calls or updates from the Tafe Access till date August 7th 2025.Multiple mails written to customer care , Nodal Officer , CRM , HEADS but no response .This shows their credability d poor service .Horrible Car , Horrible service , one will go in depression just following up with them .
