I strongly advise against ordering from Swytch bike. I opted for their "delayed delivery" offer, which promised a cheaper price in exchange for a specific waiting period, with an original delivery window set for November 1-30.Swytch unilaterally changed this date to February 26th of next year—a clear and unacceptable breach of the original delivery contract.When confronted, the company failed to acknowledge their error and instead attempted to push an "upgrade" rather than address the cancellation I requested. When I insisted on canceling the order and issuing a full refund due to the massive delay, they ceased all communication, ignoring multiple follow-up emails.This forced me to pursue formal action. I am now proceeding with a bank chargeback and will escalate this matter to the ombudsman. Do not risk your money or time with this organization; their refusal to honor contracts and process refunds is an absolute disgrace.
