I had a Botox treatment
I had a Botox treatment, and I observed significant side effects, specifically severe bruising of the eyelids and blurred vision within one hour of the procedure. The bruising is extensive, affecting approximately two-thirds of my eyelid, which leads me to believe that a blood vessel may have been inadvertently impacted during the injection process. I have reached out to the clinic manager and provided photographic evidence regarding my concerns. After a duration of 2.5 weeks, I have yet to receive a clear response. Instead, I have been offered a 10% discount on my next treatment, accompanied by no additional explanation or a full refund. I am contemplating the possibility of pursuing legal action against the clinic, as it appears that the manager lacks the necessary expertise to address customer complaints effectively.

Avoid at all costs. I had Botox treatment here that did not work. They saw my face after and admitted the treatment which cost £315 did not work yet they refused to do anything about it by saying that it does not work on some people. They asked me to book another appointment where they’ll do the treatment properly but I’d have to pay for it and just get a ridiculous 20% off. So be careful guys. They will pretend they’re doing treatments, take your money and if something goes wrong they won’t care and will just ask u to pay again. Disgusting customer service too. I can see the reviews on TrustPilot are awful but unfortunately for me I didn’t see them before I chose to go here.

Horrible pedicure at Palmers Green. I was left with bleeding cuticles and blotchy nails, and the whole thing was over in less than 30 mins. I was then told I had to pay the pedicurist directly and only in cash. Never again

Botox…this service is not up to standards
Charged for a 6-8 months results Botox to have all my wrinkles coming back to normal in less than 2 months, did not even last the standard 3 months, I have been a customer for more than 4 years but my last appointment made me completely unsatisfactory, they don’t care about their customers, as all I was offered just another appointment, will never return to this clinic and won’t recommend to anyone one every time there is a new doctor the last one was the worst one

Dr Ohan is highly skilled in Botox injections
I have been getting BOTOX injections at Swiss Care Palmers Green since July 2021. Dr Ohan is incredible, very professional, knowledgeable, highly skilled and very gentle (I hardly feel the needle at all). He is also very patient, I always ask him lots of questions and he explains everything in detail every time. I highly recommend the Swiss Care Clinic - Palmers Green and in particular, I highly recommend Dr Ohan - he is amazing!!!!

Awful clinic
Awful clinic. They have really bad customer service and terrible ethics. The owner really should be ashamed of herself / himself. If you have any treatment, you had better hope it's successful because if it's not, these unscrupulous people will deny any responsibility and refuse any kind of refund. Please read all the reviews on the internet. There are so many negative reviews for a reason. I don't know how the owner can sleep at night. This is no way to do business.

I would not recommend this insurance at all.They refused to pay me back my reimbursement after i had gone to the doctor and made flimsy excuses .Very unprofessional and a scam in my opinion. For those looking for insurance cover,look elsewhere cause these guys are just cheap crooks

Swisscare Doesn't Care
Swisscare doesn't care about their customers or about finding a reasonable solution to problems. I needed to cancel my insurance before the policy had even started because I was informed by my student advisor (whose job it is to understand visa requirements, etc.) that their insurance policy would not be accepted for a NIE application in Spain (even though they advertised on their website that it would be). They refused to cancel or refund my insurance at all even though there was still more than a month before the policy began. Terrible service, I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Earlier today, I was fortunate to be treated by the lovely Pervin.Since having an early menopause,my skins been plagued with very deep white and blackheads. I've been a client at Swiss care since its opening many years ago. I've had many visits for different facials to treat my skins problem. Mostly always leaving without good results as the therapist would say these spots are too deep to remove.I had my first facial with Pervin two weeks ago and a second today. Thankfully, Pervin was not only able to deal with the problem spots but was also very delighted to do so. Lastly,the care and concern shown by Pervin to deal with my skin was remarkable. I'm so pleased with how she treated me, i've already recommended her to friends and family.Caroline.

It was unacceptable experience indeed. The botox they injected did not stop my eye brow movement despite I asked for zero movement. Second visit was worse that the first one. The doctor injected unevenly. The result: one of my eye brow was raising up disturbingly. I left having ^ ^ shape eyebrows. Lovely polite receptionist however, no one accepted their foult. On top, they told me how much they learn from customers. I didn’t know that they treat the customer as an experiment. Sad, unprofessional, low standard place to take risk.

I had a waxing appointment on Monday 3rd September and called them today to confirm time as I’m travelling on Tuesday 4th (today is 30 August). I was informed that I was next on the list to be called to say that unfortunately one of the girls is signed off sick and that there would not be another therapist available to do the treatment. Receptionist on the phone said sorry. I don’t believe they would have called me and have now found out that the therapist I was booked in with has been abroad for 2 weeks. So not only did they lie to me but had plenty of time to inform me instead of me calling the salon Swiss Care in palmers Green. Very unprofessional and unsatisfactory.
