Horrible quality
Horrible quality, insane and unheard of return policy where they ask you for a photo of the product first and if you have opened the packaging 'envelope' that came in the mail, and NOT the actual product, and EVEN if you have NEVER used or opened the product, they will not honor the return citing some made up policy of not accepting OPENED returns, even though they were never opened or used.Do not do business with this company.The material was so bad that once we opened the mail packaging and felt it, we knew its not for us and didn't even open or try the product. We tried to return but were met with a rude representative over email name Florence who just would not understand or reason with us for the return.Stay away from this company, LOOK AT AMAZON FOR BETTER OPTIONS ! Cheaper and better quality compared to *SCAM* swaddellini.

I can’t even give one star for this product or the customer service. This was the worst and most horrible experience ever. They agreed to a one-time return but required us to pay the return shipping, which we did. We followed all the instructions carefully. Instead of issuing the refund, they ignored the agreement and shipped the product back to us. In the end, we lost extra money on shipping and still had to pay for unused products. If you don’t want to waste your money, go somewhere else with better service — you won’t regret it.

We had a very poor experience with Swaddelini customer service. The company instructed us to return the product for a refund and required us to pay $14 for return shipping. After we followed their instructions and shipped the product back, they informed us they would not accept the return and are sending the product back to us.This is unfair and misleading. Customers should not be asked to pay return shipping and then have the return refused. We are now out the product and $14 in shipping costs.We are requesting a full refund and reimbursement of the return shipping.BTW: the reason we want to return was because they have a bad smell on the product!!Beware if you are considering buying from them!!

My baby HATED this
My baby HATED this! Even after watching several videos and reviews, my experience did not line up with what’s promised at all. Putting this on my daughter only angered her and took her forever to calm down and she did not sleep well. I gave up after a week of putting her in this - after sleepless nights for her and myself. The size is also misleading, she was 8.5lbs and could barely squeeze into the smaller size. I also could not find any option to return or get a refund and now I’m past the 30 day window with a product I spent $60+ on and can’t use.

This product unfortunately did not work for my baby. The fabric is nice but my baby was not comfortable in this product. It’s not for everyone so please read the return policy carefully. It’s not clear to me they take any returns at all. I bought two and one of my packages was unused and unopened but they would not accept the return. Expensive mistake on my part. Purchase with caution .

Tropicana Lower SugarHow can you mess up orange juice? Especially from a company that has been around so long just making orange juice. I will answer that-by looking at the ingredients list. It should be a short one- just orange juice. But that was not the case. It had an aftertaste so thats what alerted me to look at the ingredients list-It reads- Not from concentrate orange juice. Then the very next ingredient is-you guess it- concentrated orange juice! Ascorbic acid, Carotene, Gellan gum and the culprit for the aftertaste is Stevia extract.....Never buy this product again..Horrible taste...

I found this on tiktok and never looked back. I hated the idea of strapping my babies arms down tight to swaddle. I love that there is still movement allowed in the swaddelini without taking the benefits of the swaddle away. 10/10

Very poor quality material
eview: Disappointed with QualityI’m quite disappointed with this product. It turned out to be made of nylon, which I personally don’t think is suitable for babies. I purchased it without carefully checking the product details because I had been following this company on Instagram for a while—their videos looked amazing, and the swaddles appeared so comfy and plush. One of their videos even mentioned organic cotton, so I assumed the products were made from natural materials, as you would expect for baby items—especially given the price. Unfortunately, what I received was a thin, synthetic sack that doesn’t feel appealing or high-quality at all.
