Surety customer service is TOP NOTCH
Surety has without a doubt some of the best customer service I have experienced, not only with alarm companies but all contractors and other companies I have dealt with in the past. They are always quick to respond to customers concerns and more importantly always have reliable correct solutions to the problems. On the rare occasion if they dont have an immediate resolution, they will work the problem until it is resolved. I cant say enough about the quality of this company and I am looking forward to being a customer for a long time ahead.

Surety is the best alarm system provider
I have been a Surety customer for 4 months. In that time I have sent them numerous support requests. From general questions about my system to product inquiries to very specific configuration questions, they have answered all of my questions. Their response is courteous, clear and always the same day. Their pricing is also very reasonable. I pay them half what my local provider charges and receive more features. They are really awesome!

Having an issue with an automation…
Having an issue with an automation rule. Sending in a ticket and getting a response next day with step by step guide, in two days with questions and answers/actions my issue has been resolved and the system came back to normal. This would not be thinkable when I were having issues with my previous provider.

We have been using them for over 10 Years. Before I found them I used other alarm companies. You had to tell them you were going to prison in Australia and became bankrupt before they would let you cancel a contract.With surety, it is so easy. Buy equipment from them, BYOD as you desire. And tech support is lightening fast and extremely diligent.We are moving to a new house and the first item on the agenda is securing the house with suretyhome.

Great service at a great price
I took the plunge and signed up for Surety after getting tired of proprietary devices and paying for overpriced monitoring from a different alarm company. I'm so glad I did! My new system was very easy to set up and I've been able to get replies to my e-mails to support in as little as 10 minutes. Surety: Outstanding for 7 years & counting
We first used Surety to add a home security system to new home in about 2018. We previously had professionally installed security in other homes, but with wireless tech, it is not hard to do oneself.We have the Surety hardware combined with Surety's recommended security monitoring service Alarm.com. The Alarm.com app (both Android and Apple) is excellent. Over the last 7 years we've had questions, and Surety always responds quickly, and even gives answers we forgot to ask. The prices are quite competitive, actually better than other companies that offer similar products. ALARM.COM has provided outstanding monitoring service as well. It's been a great combination.We wanted to update to newer technology, and while we did check other vendors, we saw we had no reason to change. One must feel comfortable installing the security system, but it is truly not difficult. And the staff at Surety are fast with a response answering every question. With the professional monitoring service, we also get a discount on homeowners insurance. Every so often someone in our neighbourhood has a security incident. With the yard and window signs, the cameras, and doorbell camera, i think anyone looking for an easy target realises our home isn't worthwhile. Be sure to get a system that has encryption in the sensors which further discourages would-be intruders.As a programmer and network engineer, i can be fairly picky about tech. Surety is outstanding in every way.

Surety is the way to go for your home security needs
Surety offers so much more than any of the bigger national companies and other DIY friendly providers while still charging a reasonable monthly price. Customer support is always friendly and responsive and the people working at the company are actually knowledgeable about the systems they sell, but other systems that work with their service. Highly recommend them!

Smooth experience
I got tired of Brinks constantly increasing my rate so I cancelled and switched to Surety. I am a DIY installer and already have equipment. I just had to purchase the Alarm.com SEM for my Honeywell Vista panel and was able to get it up and running in very little time. The whole process was smooth and the service with Alarm.com has been really pleasant. I like the ability to set my security words and zone names online, something which I couldn't do with Brinks. I have the cellular professional monitoring package which is offered for the great price of about $20/month which is much more reasonable compared to the $56 that I was paying with Brinks.

Veteran Firefighter Recommended!
As a 10+ year veteran firefighter with my local Volunteer Fire Dept, my sincerest thanks goes out Surety Monitoring and the employees for their swift actions in notifying me of a fire alarm at my residence early this morning at approximately 05:12. I was unable to get home due to working on the ambulance the night prior/morning of the alarm. Not only was I not able to leave my post, nobody else was home except my elderly dog. Surety’s swift actions in notifying me, and subsequently our Fire Dept Dispatch once I could not initially be reached left me feeling extraordinarily confident in the professionalism and outstanding training within the Surety organization. I am left today with much gratitude to Surety, my Dispatchers, and the Engine crew….and no longer feeling like I need a splash of Bailey’s Irish Creme in my coffee.

This company has an excellent service model, which really allows the customer (including me) to be well informed about best in class alarm.com products, related services, and integrations with other products and services.I have sent many questions and requests for changes to service settings, products, and related capabilities. It has allowed me I believe to make very informed decisions of how to proceed to protect my home and family, which is very reassuring and valuable.In all my interactions over mainly email support, I have come to see that this high level of service is consistent and very timely (usually within and hour on average of my questions), and it has honestly exceeded my expectations when I decided not to work with a contract based vendor like ADT because I believe the model Surety offers is a lot more empowering to the customer, when backed up by excellent customer service. The cost of the the products are also very competitive, very common to be less than anywhere else I could purchase from.

Surety offers an exciting alternative to the traditional alarm company experience. As a person with technology and electronics experience, the ability to install a complete, integrated security system on my own was extremely compelling. (Especially since my previous company was delivering poor service, limited functionality and kept increasing the monthly price.)Surety allowed me to use professional grade equipment previously only accessible to security pros and get every bit of value out of the hardware I purchased. Their monitoring and support solution not only is very reasonable, but it comes with no long-term contract. The most impressive part of my journey is working with their support team. Support is provided via a support portal and offers both assistance from Surety's staff but also other system owners who have been through their own implementations. The result is a community of support that all comes together to help you not only get up and running, but truly fine tune your system to create a complete home automation and security solution. I was able to use their support portal without purchasing anything. This was great in getting information on the various hardware options, how to integrate them, installer manuals and other details. This included getting help in the proper design and way to implement the system... right down to how exactly to mount sensors, the attachment method, orientation, etc. No question is too small or silly and their team is just awesome, understanding and professional.I can't recommend Surety enough to anyone interesting in taking the DIY approach to home security. I suppose DIY for home security is not for everyone - but if you have the skills, the time, and are willing to be your own support tech; the benefits through Surety are definitely worth it.

The BEST, hands down.
I wanted Alarm.com without the pain of having to work through call centers to get things done. With Surety I can make most of the changes I want instantly on their portal. When I do have questions, they’re fast to respond and often the answers already on their forum to begin with. I get the security of the traditional industry, but provided in the way you expect in 2025. I’d pay extra to stay with them, but when I compared different Alarm.com providers apples to apples, they have the best prices too. I’ve been with Surety for years and highly recommend their service.
