It has been great dealing with SunGoldPower. Their product is excellent. I bought two full hybrid 11.4K system, inverter, batteries, rack, and panels. I am so happy I choose them after doing a lot of research. But above all, they customer service, during installation, it was easy to just call them and talk to someone who knew right away how to answer all my questions. Their sales department, also great and flexible - my 3er order was not delivered because I put the wrong address on the shipping and it was sent back - they worked with me to send it again - they are amazing! Order placed for Ground supports. THey acknolwdeged receipt of the order, 3 weeks later nothing, no communication, no product. I sent an email which was responded to quite fast, explaining the situation - Out of Stock.Well if htat is the case I am the type of customer that likes to be informed if that is the case. I am planning an installation at a remote location, and trips have to be scheduled and planned. A 3 week delay, affected me in a two month delay. Just keep customers posted and if out of stock, your website can state that- Honesty. I would have procured somewhere else each part andget them faster, only reason why ordered with sungoldpower was easy box with all you may need.

Great off Grid System for Smallish Cabin
I needed a solar system for an off-grid cabin and my sungold system works very well. I bought a 4KW kit and did the install myself which was fairly simple and took 4 hours. The only glitch was the inverter display failed. After some help troubleshooting with Sungold, the part was on the way and install and I am back in power!

Good Value and Quality
Good value for the price. Battery and solar cells were in stock and on sale. Spec sheets and owners manuals were available online to help with decisions. Good packaging and shipping of both, which was free! This is a big plus, as truck shipping can be a big unknown expense. Solar panels can be purchased in packs of two in case you need replacements. Both the battery and solar panels are good quality. I like the display info screens on the 16 KwH battery. The battery was shipped in its own wood box with all necessary wiring, and worked on first connection to my inverter from another company. The battery comes on its own adjustable feet for floor use, or rack for wall mount. The solar panels have long enough wiring to interconnect to each other mounted either horizontally or vertically. Very satisfied customer.

Best Large Panel
I have the 590w panel ranked as the best large panel and large ground mount in the game. I bought 2 590 Renogy panels, a year later I found sunpower and got 6 of the same 590 panels for the same cost as the 2 Renogy. I'm now running 8 590 panels, all on sunpower rack mounts and I make 5kwh and upward too easy. Also really great in horizontal shading. 2 panels will still make 600w with the bottom half of both panels covered. Buy them, free shipping too.

I have purchased Sungoldpower products multiple times, including these exact panels. I have been very happy with the quality and performance of these panels. I also purchased batteries from Sungold Power. The batteries and panels are a couple years old now and still working flawlessly. I did have an issue with a battery once. Sungold guided me through a few tests and the end result was it just became unbalanced with the system. I seperated it out, full charged it, put it back in the system and it has been working ever since. So their customer support was also good in my experience. My systems are entirely DIY using Sungold Power products.

Bad refurbished purchase experience
I bought a new 24 volt DC to 240 VAC split phase inverter about 2yrs ago and loved it. Still works but I switched to a 12 Volt DC system so I bought a refurbished 12volt DC to 240 Volt AC split phase. It was inoperable the day it was delivered. They took it back for repair with no issue. That was great. They sent it back and it had missing parts and was damaged. I took pictures as soon as I took it out of the box and requested a refund, not another repair and they refused the refund at first. After a few emails back and forth they finally agreed to take the return and refund me although refunds on refurbished are not their policy. I applaud that. I gave a 3 star review toward their refurbished department. Not their buy New department. I am not sure their refurbished units are being properly screened by their quality control department (if they even have one) and it was quite a few emails back and forth and a threat from me to report them to the BBB before they agreed to a refund. I would still trust the buy New option so far though.
