Bad customer service
Really disappointed in their customer service today. We called ahead about a particular item that we were trying to procure and having trouble finding already. The lady who answered was from customer care, did say at the time that they had two kinds of cocoa butter in store and that it was in stock. When we arrived at store she was very unhelpful when we walked up to the counter she told us where it was in-store which was the wrong isle and then when we only found one kind she wouldn’t come from behind the counter to help us find the other kind and she just said looks like their out. We left with an inferior substitute at that time. :(
