Next day delivery promised ....
Next day delivery promised. Days later and order never shipped. Tracking of my item shows it is stuck on "label created" not received by UPS. Customer Service no help. They claim they can't lookup an order placed through Amazon and I have to contact Amazon. Amazon says that is BS and points finger at Sundberg. Note they are a distributor for many companies so be careful and check who you are really buying from. No repeat customer here.
