Jim is absolutely amazing. Very professional and very personable and gives the best deep tissue massage that I’ve ever had in my life. I’ve been going to him for years and will continue to do so.
I’ve been going to StrongFit since before they rebranded years ago. If it weren’t for Jim, my muscles and physical health would be in terrible shape, and I’d probably be reliant on pain medication.
Jim is absolutely incredible. I have been going to Jim since 2021 and go once a month and try to never miss a day. If scheduling conflicts come up Jim is always happy to work with me to re-arrange to accommodate. As for the actual massage work, anytime I am broken, I feel significantly better afterwards. Anytime I have to travel for work, I feel so much better getting on the table within a few days of my return. Jim really is fantastic and would and do recommend him to all of my friends and others looking for work done.
I've had 2 Deep Tissue Massage appointments with Jim so far and can honestly say it's the best massage I've ever had. I workout several times a week and have decided that I will definitely be getting massages on a regular basis.
My therapist was on time and the facility has a relaxing environment. I have some knots/kinks via sports injuries, Jim was able to work them out.
Very thorough and listened to what issues I was having, so he can work on those spots specifically. Always does a great job
At my age of 82 I need a sensitive and reasonable program for strength within my limitations, Henry, my personal trainer, does that for me. I highly recommend them. Henry is considerate and follows up to reinforce growth. Grateful!
Jim at StrongFit has improved my health dramatically in the past 2+ years. I have had lower back and neck issues for most of my adult life, but I’ve had no issues since I’ve been seeing Jim on a monthly basis.

Warm and relaxing atmosphere while your needs are being attended to. Jim is very knowledgeable and applies it accordingly. Always leave better than when i came in.
Office is the perfect mix of “relax and also we will help you function better”. Therapists are able to adjust pressure and modalities to changing needs.

Easygoing and friendly
Jim does a great job and he knows what he is doing. I always have some aches and pains between each visit and leave his table feeling great. The body needs regular maintenance like your car and it’s important to find the time to do it. I highly recommend Jim and his services.
