Unfortunately a negative review that I wish had not gone that way. I like other users have encountered verbal abuse from the property manager after attempting to pay what was due before auction. Each time I attempted to make payments, i have encountered road blocks stopping me. If you value any of your stuff, I suggest not using this company, or at least this location.
I what made it great for me was having a place that I could safely leave my belongings and not worry about them.Customer service was among the best.Hopefully I will not need storage again, butif I do; I will come running❤️🌹🌹🌹💯
This company has increased its rent three times in less than a year, which feels excessive and unreasonable. There have been no improvements or upgrades made to the storage cubicle that would justify these repeated increases. As a customer, it’s frustrating to pay more without seeing any added value or benefit. I would recommend that the company reconsider its pricing practices and provide clearer justification for such frequent rate hikes.
Price fluctuations and hard to reach staff. We had a unit for 1 year and when we went to take everything out 75% of our thing were covered in a deep dirt coating. Apparently where the roof joins the walls had a large gap in several places and when sandstorms and strong winds hit the valley our things got covered. I suggest using sheets, plastic, whatever to cover your belongings. We had to clean off every piece of furniture, tvs, etc before loading it into the Uhual.
Raising prices significantly
I have downgraded my initial review to 1 star. When I originally rented a storage unit, I was advised to use a combination lockbox to retain a key for the lock I had to purchase from the facility because I had employees that needed to access equipment. I also had to purchase their Insurance Policy at an additional fee per month. During my rental time, I had called law enforcement and notified the property management of people in their cars, loitering in the properties parking lot, consuming drugs in their cars, back seats piled high with unopened amazon boxes and not a single amazon vest in sight. Low and behold, a few months later, my lock box was picked open and they used my key to enter the storage unit and relieve me of $8300 worth of equipment. When I filed the claim, the insurance company, who I was told was going to help us (by the staff of Storquest), denied my claim because there was no indications of a forced entry. The staff also told me they would work to cooperate with the insurance company. I was also told that I would be provided with answers (based on them viewing the video footage) of when the event happened so I could file a police report. I had to constantly chase them down to get answers. And then after I shared the denial from the insurance company with the staff again, I was told I would get a reply before the end of the day, that was a week ago. I am out $8300 worth of equipment, and both the insurance company and Storquest cannot distance themselves from this fast enough. Stay far away from this company. They will have more break-ins and you could be next.
The phone support answered all my questions about accessing the unit my husband had rented a several years ago. When we came to clear it out, the office staff were happy and helpful, jumped right up to inspect it after we swept it clean and then printed out a receipt for closing out our rental. Highly recommend this location and the staff.
StorQuest Self Storage after 4 months raised the rent 32.3 %, then changed their storage access hours from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM which was inconvenient to me because I work to 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM without notice or compensation, then after 8 months raised it 25.2% it's not worth the time and energy to move in only to now move out which I am currently doing.
Regular price increases have resulted in me looking for alternative storage options. Facilities with initial technical difficulties (elevators not working, lights not turning on, etc) although in recent months, no marked complaints other than regular rising costs

While the facilities are nice, and the staff is friendly and helpful, the Company's price hikes are absurd.I just hit the 1-year mark on the 2 units I rent, and the price has increased by almost 3x (283%), with my initial monthly base rent total increasing from $115/mo to $325/mo. The biggest increase occured in my 4th month, with consistent increases every few months thereafter. Moving your stuff is difficult, and it appears the strategy is to get you fully moved-in and then hike your rates.
Location is pretty convenient. It is easy to access on your own. However, I do not like the fact they basically doubled the price in less than a year since I signed up. Bait and switch technique by enticing me with a decent rate just below market just to end up less than a year later with a rate that is well above market...because they know that once they have you, it is hard to leave and move everything over to a different storage company...although I am about to because their rate has become very much unreasonable!

WARNING .WRNING WARNING PEOPLE I AM OUT OF COUNTRY AND THE MANAGER NAME IS : JANNET GLARE.THIS INDIVIDUAL FORCE MY MOVERS TO MOVE MY ITEMS OUT OF MY UNIT OVER AN ARGUMENT THAT SHE HAD WITH THE DRIVER . I CALLED HER AND BEGGED HER TO LET US STAY ANOTHER MONTH SO WHEN I GET BACK TO US I CAN PICK UP MY STUFF FROM THE STORAGE . BUT SHE DID NOT CARE, SHE SPOKE WITH ME LIKE I AM A PIECE OF CRAP. SHE INSULTED ME ON THE PHONE . SHE WAS EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL , I WAS TOLD THAT SHE WAS. THE MANAGER OF ALL THE STORES IN THAT ARE . THE OWNERS OR HER BOSSED AND THE PUBLIC MUST BE AWARE OF HOW SHE TREATS THEIR CUSTOMERS ,SHE DOES NOT BELONG TO FACE THE PUBLIC.SHE COSTS ME OVER 1800 DOLLARS . THEN WHEN MY MOVERS TOOK MY ITEMS FROM THIS FACILITY THEY FOUND THE LOCK OPEN. SOMEONE CUT THE LOCK OF MY UNIT.. MY UNIT WAS UNLOCK AND GOD KNOWS FOR HOW LONG. .
We have used StorQuest a couple of times over the past several years. I have always liked their service and the ease of access. We've never had any issues with them. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good storage facility.
Much better since the old creepy man is not managing it anymore. All the doors now close and there isn't a homeless community living there anymore!!
Just a great day for me and my boss acquiring a 10x12 storage unit on Normandie and Rosecrans. The staff members were great and very knowledgeable and friendly, of course. I would recommend this place folks... by the way, did I mention about a very clean and neat storage facility. Thank you Chris for your very professional and efficient service.

They almost doubled my rent without warning while I was out of town. No choice but to pay it until I could switch storage facilities.
When I was coming to receive my items, they tried to charge me the whole month instead of the two weeks that the items were still in the storage. They were mean and disrespectful at the front office the lady at the office. it was terrible. I thought I had a better relationship with them overtime, but I see that wasn’t the case.
