Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. You can't call and talk to anyone you have to send an email then they don't respond within the 2 business days. I ran over something and messed up the turbo on my car they said its mechanical when clearly, I hit something even the mechanic can prove it. They never sent an adjuster and said they were going to send one out. Then I got an email closing my case saying it was a mechanical issue without even sending an adjuster to look at the car. When I ask to speak to a manager, he said it was not covered. I am still waiting on a call back and emailing them daily.

I changed the windshield of my car and I wanted to let you know, but it's impossible to find you at any phone number, the robot is always talking, I sometimes wonder is there anyone there, someone who is in able to talk to customers about some car problems!!! today 16.10.2020 I found the rear window of my car completely broken and again I wanted to talk to someone but it was impossible again the robot was talking!!!🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️🤷♀️🙉 do you have any way to really converse with customers or do you not even exist ??? total disappointment and I will definitely change my insurance company!!!

If I could give no star at all I would!Had an accident and went back and forth with them, I had to do all the phone calls too them!It took them 1 year to sort out and then after phoning they told me it had been settled!Rubbish, don’t even bother!

I cancelled my policy over 5 days. I've emailed multiple times. Now I'm receiving messages to call you and no one picks up the phone! I'm appalled with this service.

I am absolutely appalled by the way my claim has been and still is being handled. As a single mother of 3 children I have to make it to work to pay the bills. I totaled my 2014 cadilac srx almost 6 weeks ago. I was forced to rent cars to get back and forth to work. I couldnt afford to keep doing that so I went and bought a car and have been forced to finance it due to the fact I still have not been paid off on my total loss of my paid for vehicle. I have never heard of an insurance company taking 6 weeks to pay out on a claim. The vehicle still sits in my driveway and I have yet to see an adjuster come to my house and complete this claim the way that 85 % of most insurers. No sign of an adjuster and no sign of a check. PLEASE PAY ATTENTION CONSUMERS AND SHOP ELSE WHERE! The customer service has been absolutely rude, combative and argumentative as well....who in their right mind treats their loyal, monthly paying customers this way?

Elephant has no integrity or honor. Be warned!My daughter had an accident in my 2012 Mazda 6 in August 2018. Elephant took several months to start responding to our repeated attempts to resolve the claim. They put the value of a near mint condition vehicle at around $3000 when everything on the market for a year older model, or higher mileage, or accident history vehicles were going for over $7500. Less than half the comparable amount. When we refused to settle, they came up with pictures of a different color vehicle with damages and scratches that has nothing to do with my vehicle, and claimed a total loss. We have estimates to repair it for about 50% of it's actual value. They are using underhanded and integrity less tactics that we can do little about but make others aware. Now, they have gone around us and contacted our lien holder and made them an offer that is using all these lies and deceit. Our lien holder is just a number's Chaser company, doesn't care, and doesn't want to fight for a lien. So, beware of any interactions with Elephant Insurance. They do not, and will not, have your back or uphold their side of the agreements.

Great Company!
Great prices and very helpful customer service staff. Was unable to make a payment one month due to unforeseen circumstances and they were very happy to delay the payment until my next pay cheque without incurring any charges whatsoever. Had a change in vehicle and upgraded my cover to comprehensive with very little additional payments and they made the process so easy. You receive your new documents within the hour. Couldn't be happier

Just changed my policy and couldn't be happier with this company, I saved money this time and also previously when I renewed fairly recently. The lady who I spoke to this evening and the gentleman who I dealt with a few weeks ago were both exceptionally helpful.

I went elsewhere for car insurance because they take money out of your account without authorization. After I cancelled they took even more money! I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
