The crew arrived a little late
The crew arrived a little late. Sarah not only apologized for it, but their team worked so hard to make up the time and still finished early. Very impressed with the final result. And a bit of guilt after learning that they had run into some trouble before reaching me.

Stonecreek handled my insurance claim after storm damage, and Sarah guided me through all the paperwork, which made things much less stressful. Their communication was excellent, which is rare in this industry. The only drawback was that the process took a little longer than expected, but overall, they did a great job.
