Misleading Sale Emails, No Customer Service!
I got one of their promo emails for Hide & Drink. The email had a link to sale items, which I clicked. After shopping their website, I found that none of the items I selected was on sale. Also, my info got linked to some third party pay site that plagued my phone messages for days with pay codes. I emailed this firm twice regarding this matter, and received no response. Based on this experience, I would not count on any customer service from them!
