stellation media sent me a cold email from a random account so I was super skeptical at first, however Derrekk the foudner is very legit.

I get a lot of use from this platforms…

I get a lot of use from this platforms and if definitely worth the money. Since I've used it I've gained almost 1300 followers in 1 month and have retained them. Because you can make it to target your demographic and other creators similar to you, you get REAL people that are already interested in what you do. They are already invested in your niche and tend to stick around and also participate in your posts. I'll say its important to delete targets that aren't working, edit your activity calendar every month or so that your page doesn't get flagged. Etc. if you stay vigilant with it this platform will help you achieve the REAL following you need.

I was excited but now...

I signed up to use Stellation and the payment didn't go through on their end. I've emailed three times with only pre-programmed messages that have nothing to do with my queries. I am actually very grateful the payment didn't go though due to the low ratings I am seeing! I did call my bank and there is nothing wrong on that end, the online system doesn't seem to work with trying to contact their support or payments.

I found this software to be very slow and not intuitive.

I found this software to be very confusing to use. For example it will ask you to provide 'targets' (hashtags of target interest groups for example 'style' or 'teddy bears') and save them, which you can do (or so you think) but they are not actually saved. When you enter targets for consideration the software will show you that some of them are not considered effective. The software suggests removing ineffective targets. I believed that I was 'saving' the good targets, and then clearing the ineffective targets. BUT! When you are instructed to 'clear targets', it actually deletes ALL the targets including the ones that work that you believed that you had saved. It's a big time waster. You have to manually save the 'good' targets in an independent spreadsheet (I used Excel) and then upload the 'good' targets and NEVER 'clear' targets, which wipes out all your work. The software is very slow. I spent an entire 8 hours working on effective hashtags and was not finished.

Their customer support is not the best…

There customer support is not the best they claim they respond within 3 hours but they can’t even answer a simple payment inquiry question. They state they accept visa but I kept getting an unsuccessful purchase error message after inputting my information several times and it was the correct information at that. You guys want clientele but that’s a bad way to start off not responding to a simple inquiryUpdate : I updated the rating but I still won’t give a 5 because I haven’t been given an update on when site will be available

Botched Software

UpdateDerek G from the marketing department reached out to me and we figured out a way to fix things with my account. He was also able to refund me from the times the app wasn’t working and even upgrade me to the rockstar package. Although things did not completely turn out how I’d hope, it did end up being a better experience because his customer service was on point. So I am changing my review to 4 out of 5 stars. I have been using stellation media for almost 2 weeks now and its been nothing but issues for me. I have contacted them multiple times only to wait days for them to respond when it says on their website that they respond within 24hrs. Their program so far is crap and they aren't doing much to help out. By the time we figure this out I will prob be 3 weeks into my monthly subscription and would have wasted all that money. I mean what type of service is this!?!I have been having problems with the follow/unfollow function. It is supposed to follow 25 people/day then 7 days later start unfollowing 25 people/day. Why is it that 7 days into their software it has only followed like 20 people. Well I'll tell you why, the program is following 20-25ppl/day then unfollowing the same 20-25 people that same day, which is not giving the people time to even see the follow and respond back with a follow on my page. Their software is botched! Oh and another thing, I muted all the people that I follow and why are they still showing up in my stories and feed when everything is muted. Stellation Media, your customer service is terrible and I expected a lot more from you guys! If you state something on your website I expect it to work/function as described especially when you are charging asinine monthly fees. Stop with the false advertisement just to get new customers, it is wrong and unethical!

Worst customer service on earth.

As others reported, customer service is AWFUL. The customer support rep (Marc) could care less about you or your business.They decided to cancel PayPal payments and even though my accounts were paid in full - they deleted them as a result. I spent two weeks going back and forth with Marc about rectifying this. He simply did not care! He offered me no discount or anything, so I ended up losing 3 weeks of my subscription.As for the service itself, it's ok but VERY spotty. Not as spotty as Marc's lack of customer service skills, but still pretty bad. Theres a few other companies that perform far, far better than Stellation (Ektora is one of them) and they have way better customer service.Hey Stellation, people like Marc give your company a terrible name. Shaun was a far better account manager, maybe try finding someone like him to replace Marc? You'll stop losing business that way.EDIT: How cringeworthy is it that Marc pats himself on the back for his own customer service? That should tell you everything you need to know.This issue has NOT been resolved. They stole $35 from me and took days to respond (as others noted). The customer service is terrible - point blank. HIGHLY suggest finding another company. I will be doing a full blog write up on this awful experience and how atrocious Marc is at dealing with customers. Stay tuned.

Great service

Hi - i am writing this review as i have been a client for several months. the customer service is amazing, marc is extremely helpful and has went above and beyond for me every email and live chat i encountered with him. the service has been working great the last 2 months there was downtime during the election but things have been great since then. i know sometimes it might be down for a day or two but thats what you get with automation. you have to deal with it and know the team will fix it and you can grow your account. i have tried other companies and they get back to your emails every 2 or 3 days and its frustrating.

Nice To Work With Ppl Who Care!

I found their help center to be very useful 2 - 90% of my questions are already answered and it's very user friendly…The service is very user friendly - you can even edit your settings from the mobile version - it takes about 10 minutes to set up everything..The documentation is very straight forward - for a non tech savy person - I can see how it can be a tad bit time consuming to set up but if shawn is your support guy, he will help you out!!!!!Results are amazing - this week I had 2,141 profile visits compared to 200 and I have gained 261 followers according to the analytic system that is also included in the dashboard. Good energy, results and service!!! Cheers 2020!!!

The Best Instagram Growth Service- no one can compete with so far!

What can I say about Stellation Media; I am not just writing for the sake of it but I am telling you from my own personal experience. Firstly, I have tried other Instagram growth service like Kicksta and Niver, I even bought followers which decreased my Instagram engagement. What I did was to delete all those bot accounts.Kicksta and Nivero service generated results from my one month experience however, I got action blocked by Instagram. I could not perform likes, comments or any other activities, which was really frustrating. Although their customer service was alright. Secondly, now about Stellation, they are just too perfect, the price they offer and the service they offer like mass story engager, likes, poll voting, sliders, question answers, follow for unfollowing is key to get people engaging with your account- it brought amazing results.I could not believe what I saw. In one month I got over new 200 followers. Not only that its real people who like and engage with you every day. I am even getting more comments on the post. I am even getting collaboration from people and brand.Thirdly, what Stellation does is so effective, it's not just about liking post its what is the biggest attribute to getting engagement into your account- Mass story engager.This is not a fake review, this is a note to everyone that Stellation is the best out there for their price and what they have to offer. Customer service is amazing. I am so grateful I found them. I am so overwhelmed that I never thought this could be possible.

So I was bit skeptical at first...but…

So I was bit skeptical at first...but dude, it works. It really does. I manage a real estate account, which as you would imagine is pretty stagnant with follows, even with great content like we have...and it almost lost me a client. Picked up this software to save my ass, and within the first week, we gained 50 organic followers who live in our market. This has already led to new leads for homes for sale. So yes...get this if you want to see a big change in your followers. Recommend 100x over!

Not the best experience

I had a great experience in the beggining, although as the time goes the tool needs to be improved.The tool asks to re-log into the account again and it happens almost every day. As for the service, every time I requested service I was answered quickly, however when I requested cancellation, they warned me that they would cancel, but the cancellation was not made and another monthly fee was charged via PayPal. I'm not using the tool anymore and will still be charged. I kindly request that the refund be made urgently, once I requested it will be a month ago and I'm not using it. I do not recommend the tool, because in general it causes many problems of account locking and does not work correctly, because several days we were without the tool, due to maintenance for example.

They are legit and efficient

They are legit and efficient. When there is a problem, they answer fast. The only thing, I was waiting for more followings. But it’s still a decent amount, every month.
