Beware! Do not buy. Read the facebook reviews and all were good so decided to purchase. Worst straightners ever! Wouldn't even classify them as straightners. Like the one's that first came out in the 90's! Emailed 3 times now for refund but no response. Went to put a post up on their facebook page but either I am blocked or it has completely disappeared. Will be notifying trading standards and paypal if no response within the next 24 hours.
I wish I had read the reviews before I bought the straighteners. They are not as advertised. There is no steam, also even though I had turned them off an hour later the whole unit was still hot!!!!!!I have emailed them everyday since receiving them and they have not had the decency to reply.DO NOT BUY..........
The straighteners in the ads look amazing so I chanced it and bought some. Nothing like what advertised. They look exactly same but do not straighten your hair as good as they show on the ads. So I am disappointed. Emailed them to tell them and had no reply. Lesson learnt.
