We've been waiting on an exchange for a flawed hat. We have emailed many times with no answer or response They sent us a return tag. We sent it back and then nothing. Its been weeks. Do not recommend this site

Poor quality non existent customer service
Sizing is way off. The hats are very small, child-size. Sweatshirts are poor quality and run small. 2 of the iron on emblems were crooked. Attempted to exchange for bigger sizes and after multiple attempts at emails, which is the only option, received ZERO response from the company.

Received items. Need to exchange for 1 size smaller. It's been 2 months and I can't get a reply from the company. They drag their *** when dealing with the CC company as well, further delaying the whole process. Spend your money elsewhere.

Poor Service on Refund
The hats are cheap with screen printing rather than embroidered, which is fine if that is what you want. But I asked for a return on Dec 1st and have not gotten a response despite multiple emails. The product has been shipped back and I have not received a credit. Not good, Stealie Shop!

I purchased a hat from Stealie Shop. The hat arrived and was not what I expected. I immediately sent them an email asking for return and refund instructions. I heard nothing back so I emailed them again since there is no phone number. As of today crickets!

The worst customer service
I needed to return a shirt. I emailed them at least 4 times and I messaged them on their facebook page asking how I go about getting a shipping label. Not only have I never heard back, but there’s nowhere to even find a phone number.

Great service. Quality control could improve.
The service was great. I bought a hat...the hat itself is of nice quality, however the logo is a bit off center and tilted...quality control could be better in that regard.

The Stealie logo was stamped.
The hat was stamped with a "Stealie" (not embroidered). It looked cheap. It did not meet my expectations. The price point did not match the quality. The hat has been returned.

The design is an iron-on image and is small
The design is an iron-on image, not a patch and it's pretty small. I didn't pick up on either issue when I looked at the picture online. If I had, I would not have purchased the hat.
