Simply the best in the business.
This team is of the best in the biz, they really went out of their way to not only make sure I was happy with the site but continue to improve with tweaks and adjustments after the fact. I am incredibly happy with my store and WILL ALWAYS recommend starstorez to anybody looking to start an E-commerce business in the future. Shoutout to the team and their devotion to making great sites and helping create great and profitable businesses.

Looks a little bland compared to the…
Looks a little bland compared to the work that’s on their page but by no means is it bad. It’s a great website they built with very few flaws. This is an honest review so if you want one read mine. They reaspond really fast and were decently helpful actually. There few changes I’ll make which is why I’m not giving 5 stars by overall if you are new to Shopify don’t hesitate to buy a website from these guys.

Pirated theme, ignores me, does not communicate well
Pirated theme, does not help, ignored meThey used a pirated theme for my store. There have been many times in chats where we have problems and they respond very late, and they never care or understand my problems. They also promised reviews on products but they did not do that also. Only positive thing I got out of this was the home page of my store. Also, they are from Pakistan so you will have MUCH communication issues. Sometimes they respond well, other times they don't understand you.Just contacted them. They won't even help me with the pirated theme issue. Now they are saying they will take "legal action". Everything I say on here is true. Yesterday I had an issue with my website. They saw my messages, and IGNORED. They do that quite often.And, we worked 4 months on the website. Because 1, it was slow, 2 they did not deliver everything in the package, and 3 they didn't use apps I asked for. There's many other issues like constant ignorance too. If I were you, I would go into shopify experts for building your store.Shopify recommends to use their services anyways.Update: I proposed 3 options. 1 was to pay for the theme. 2 was to give me a refund and let me keep the site and buy a license but that dudnt work because they said thwy would delete everything. And 3 was make a new professional store. They said 3. So, I agreed and took my previous review down. Well, I put this back up because they ignored me for 2 days, and after they said they would make a site, they ignored me for 2 more days. They aren't taking responsibility for screwing me over with a pirated theme. I'm still stuck and have nobody to help me. I don't know what to do, but tell my experience to people on here.Also, they keep using the excuse that we worked together for months. But they never used my requested apps, didn't follow my list, and constantly ignored me and were very slow on responses. They do not understand things I say too. They caused the amount of time. This could have been a week and maybe 2 weeks, but they dragged it on by making mistakes. They also never informed me about suppliers or anything important like that.
