Great experience with Starfleet. They made setting up my U.S. company and opening a bank account simple and stress-free. Fast, clear communication and very professional throughout. Highly recommended if you want things done properly without headaches.

Nima went out of her way to assist me! I opened a LLC using startfleet and I was amazed how professional their after sales support is! They agreed to file my taxes free of charge because I opened the LLC just a few months ago. This has been the best company to work with for my business needs. No need to look further if you are planning to open a new LLC in the US.

Outstanding service and genuine customer care
I chose Startfleet after reading their Trustpilot reviews, and I can honestly say the experience fully lived up to them.I selected the Startup plan mainly for the express EIN option, as my timeline was tight. I paid in mid-December, and within about a week, all my LLC documents (Articles of Organization, etc.) were ready.Due to the end-of-year holidays, the EIN process took a bit longer than initially expected. I reached out simply to ask for an update, making it clear that I completely understood the holiday delays and was not blaming them in any way. I did not request any refund — I only explained my situation.To my surprise, they replied the very next day offering to refund the price difference between the Startup and Freelancer plans, while continuing to handle my case as an express file. The refund was processed within two days, and they kept their word.I received my EIN in early January, and they continued to support me throughout the entire process, including assistance with opening my Mercury bank account.What truly stands out is their professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine focus on customer satisfaction. This level of care is rare.I highly recommend Startfleet.io, and I’ve already recommended them to friends who are now considering creating their own LLC.

StartFleet is so great, I'm really thankful. Clean website, responsive customer service.Shout out to Nima and the whole team.Even when I used the live chat, I asked many questions, they replied instantly, with respect and patience. And I know how hard it is sometimes when a customer does not understand.Nima helped me so much as well via email, answered all my questions, and clarified everything.She gave me personalized advices.To me, having a good customer service is a must, that's why I'll stay with StartFleet as long as it stays that way.I highly recommend. Just ask them all the questions you have before purchasing anything, you won't be disappointed.

Extremely positive communication

How many companies would reply to your questions in under 5 minutes, even on a Sunday, through Telegram? Probably none, right? Well, Startfleet is different. As a non-US resident, I was worried the process of forming a US LLC would be complicated, but StartFleet made everything incredibly easy. Their support was fast, clear, and helpful at every step. Startfleet have been amazing from day 1. I set up my LLC with them, as a non resident of the US which can be very daunting. They helped with every step, have always been responsive, and have helped me with filling out forms which is my absolute pet peeve. They made it a lot less stressful. I recently used them to file taxes for the first time and I can't say enough good things about them. If you are unsure wether to hire them, then just do it. You will be happy you did.

Wow, I cant believe how smooth my journey with Startfleet has been! Worst customer service to date
I incorporated an entity from abroad hoping that with the help of the service provider things would go smoothly. At the start we already had issues with setting up a bank account, which is not as easy as they claim it to be. Then the representative blamed on us instead of trying to help us solve the problem. We ended up giving up on the business concept and wanted to close the company, once again fees after fees without proper explanation which caused a delayed to the new year and another tax for another year. No sense of responsibility, empathy, or any type of professional handling. I am not sure if there are other better services out there in the market, I certainly wouldn't trust them again.
