Don’t order anything from this website!! I ordered an exercise bike on 2/15/21. After 10 days of use, the pedal completely stripped out from where it screws into the the arm. The pedal fell off twice as I was riding the bike. All I did was try to screw it back in. After emailing back and forth with customer service for nearly three weeks, they claim that the bike cannot be returned because it is considered worn. AFTER USING IT FOR 10 DAYS!!! They are sending replacement parts and I have to take the bike apart and fix it myself. I have to remove the arm from the bike which is more involved then when I assembled it. It has now been 23 days since I was told I was getting the replacement parts and I still haven’t received them. I absolutely regret this purchase. Total waste of money. Order from a more reputable company who actually stands by the products they sell.

-Charged my credit card but never received the weights. -Tried contacting them, but first email was not answered and second time the email provided came back as undeliverable. -Tried link under order cancellation and it took me to a dresslily page. There is no way I can find to track the order, so I have come to the conclusion this is a scam.

I also ordered a set of adjustable dumbbells and a month later I received a bunch of worthless junk. They kept saying the product is on it's way. I filed a claim with PayPal and they denied my claim because a Sporttore gave them a valid shipping number. I will say this, that I will never use PayPal again. One think that they did respond to all of my emails and I finally did receive my dumbbells. I really thought I was scammed but I can't say that now. In my case I kept on them and got what I ordered.

Don't get screwed!
As you can see from other reviews, this site is a total scam. I was completely bamboozled. Ordered adjustable dumbbells, received random plastic trinkets and a phone case. I believe that this is so that it's more difficult to dispute since technically something was "delivered." I'm also in the process of reporting and disputing this order.

THIS IS A SCAM WEBSITE! We ordered Dumbbells from this website a month ago and paid $400 for them. The tracking numbers they gave us are not valid. They sent us a package of junk...literally a couple of keychains. The website was completely misleading as well, saying that the items "SHIP IN 24 HOURS". We are reporting this to our credit card company and BBB.

This is a scam. The product I bought was advertised as shipping within 24 hours from a US warehouse and arriving within 5 days. I placed my order exactly 1 month ago and not only has it not arrived, but there is no further info in the tracking, and I doubt it’ll arrive on time for Christmas. Now they’re saying it may take over a month and ships from China, in direct contradiction to what they advertised on the website.Furthermore, it has just come to my attention that this is almost certainly a bowflex knockoff not just in design, appearance, and marketing style, but they’ve even used the bowflex name and logo in their google shopping ad, which then disappears once on the product page.

So far, so good
I got some little articles that totally different. When I tried to contact the seller, they said there some free gifts sent randomly and sent me the right tracking number. It really took a long time to wait for my dumbbells, but finally got it. So far, so good.

This is one of my best purchases for my home gym!
I highly recommend these! Quality of Product and packing is good. Don't be surprised if their little gifts arrive first. If you can handle waiting, these are probably the best option.

This is a bait and switch scam
This is a bait and switch scam. I wish these recent reviews were posted before I placed my order for adjustable dumbbells on November 18. After placing my order, I received a fake tracking number saying the item was being shipped from China. A few weeks later, we received a small package from Chino, CA with 2 keychains and a cell phone case. I tried to contact this merchant, but their contact information is fake. I have since reported the scam to my credit card company to request a refund and will be providing a report to the FTC for e-commerce fraud.

Do Not Get Ripped Off!!! SCAM!
Like the last few comments, Sporttore is a fake company selling knockoffs. I ordered what looks like Bowflex Adjustable dumbbells. I should have know there was an issue as they never mention "Bowflex" in the listing!!! But the Bowflex logo is in the photo - strange. I think this is so they don't get flagged by Bowflex. They gave me a non-working tracking number and the product NEVER arrived. Customer service never answered any of my 7 emails to them. This site is 6 months old and is a scam! DO NOT BUY HERE or you will get RIPPED OFF. The other positive review are all fake. Check out the their other fake reviews -- a few are about the same bra. Total scam site from China!

This website is fraud
This website is fraud. I ordered an adjustable dumbells paying $400. Yesterday I received a shipment from them that included some random key chains and rubber bands. Reported a fraud at my bank and in the process of getting my money back.

All the reviews are fake. The company is totally a scam. I ordered a set of dumbbell one month. I cannot find any tracking information. It is a treating company and stole my money. Don't believe them.
