Spellbound Wigs is my go to. I’ve purchased from other sites in the past, but their customer service is unparalleled. Always receive a nice product packed well. Return process is simple.

The products themselves are high…
The products themselves are high quality and look natural, and delivery was quick. That part was great.However, while customer service was polite, I didn’t feel the level of support was as consistent as I expected. Some questions took longer to get answered, and the experience didnt fully live up to the high expectations set by reviews.

Spellbound focuses on service
As always Spellbound focuses on getting our orders delivered to us as quickly as humanly possible. This time I ordered Belle Tress Miami in Oyster Grey. It is a shortie with layering and a front bang area that can be swept to either side or curtain bangs or down toward the eyebrows. Fiber density is lightweight and both sides are very tuckable.

I had a great experience. I’m new to wig wearing and spellbound wigs has great pricing and a reasonable return policy. It is hard to match color/style in the beginning. I appreciate the flexibility with returns so you can find the right wig for you.

Perfect Wig, style and experience.
I bought this new Mellow wig off a Facebook live sale of this company. Sheri is great about showing us the wig, cap construction and thoughts about fit and feel of the fibers. It was shipped right away and arrived in perfect condition wrapped thoughtfully in tissue paper.

I ordered a Belle Tress wig on clearance at Spellbound; it arrived relatively quickly and was in perfect condition and exactly as described and pictured on their website. I recently purchased a wig from Spellbound Wigs, and the experience was honestly far better than I expected. Their team truly understands what women go through when dealing with hair loss—there was no judgment, no pressure, just genuine support. They patiently explained the different wig types, cap constructions, and how to care for them, which made me feel much more confident in my choice.What I loved:The staff is extremely warm and knowledgeable.They let me try multiple styles without rushing me.The quality of the wigs is impressive—lightweight, natural-looking, and comfortable for all-day wear.Their customer service genuinely feels personal, not sales-driven.What could be improved:Some of the premium pieces are quite expensive, which might be tough for first-time buyers.The collection is beautiful but I wish they had more color-variety in certain styles.Overall, Spellbound Wigs really lives up to their mission of helping women feel beautiful and confident. I walked out feeling like myself again, and that means everything. Highly recommended.

I always go through Spellbound Wigs when I order a wig online. They are always so responsive in answering any questions I might have and as long as I order an in-stock wig, the shipping is super fast. If I pick a wig that is not in stock, they always contact me to give me my options if I am in a hurry.
