unreliable plate carriers & plates DO NOT BUY
I purchased the ar500 series plate set (front back and sides) along with the shooters cut plate carrier. Once I got the plates and carrier, I planned to use it as a back up and placed it in my gun safe. Untouched for 3 years, I go to grab it out of the safe to use it since my other carrier is about 7 years old and ready to retire, the straps completely crumbled and ripped apart.I emailed customer service, they offered me a 10% discount on another purchase! Ha what a joke of a company that tries to promote they have one of the best vests out there… I wouldn’t use this thing for a Halloween costume much less trust my life with it. Poor product, poor customer service, 0 out of 10

They do not honor 10 day return window
I ordered one of their Ghost concealment shirts in an XL. I received it a few days later and tried it on. It fit like a small with hardly any stretchyness to it. The shirt went up to my bellybutton. There is no way I could even get it to fit with the armor in it. So I emailed them with the issue and asked for a replacement. Maybe it was a fluke and the XL was a misprint. I got an email the next day saying my request was rejected. So now I'm on the phone with my credit card company and opened a dispute. These always go in the favor of the customer so I'm not worried. Just a word to the wise if you decide to buy with them. They don't honor their 10 day return window. They just want to keep your $$$

Excellent Quality Equipment and Service
I received my order in less than 2 weeks, on time. I got a package on a very good sale. The quality of the vest and plates are first class, very well constructed and solid. The included first aid kit is complete and very convenient. The included hanger is very strong and also convenient. Overall, very satisfied.
