Igna and Tomas were 100% available, organized and helpful through the entire process: from ordering to finishing touches I was totally supported. I wasn’t sure what size shed to order andI certainly didn’t know how to put one together…. how many windows? All of it- they walked methrough it AND their YouTube videos make the whole delivery and set up a no brainer. Everyone who sees my shed now wants one!!!
Easy, quick assembly and helpful customer service. The shed is stylish and functions wonderfully as a workspace. So far, I couldn’t be happier.
My delightful shed arrived exactly as expected, was easy to assemble, and left lots of room for customization. It's spectacular! Well-made, excellent customer service, arrived on time. Everyone who stays in it falls in love with it. Cannot recommend enough!
Amazing build and customer service!
Product was fine delivery was a nightmare. Delivery person told us 5 times he was almost there then never showed up. Cost me 4 days of work and a huge stressful experience.
I had several questions regarding the shed, including wanting advice on a foundation. The staff answered them quickly and completely.
Timely delivery, great materials, and excellent phone support
Ordering was easy and shipping arrangements were made promptly. A glass pane arrived with a crack and i was able to call and get a replacement easily and quickly.
All of the parts needed to complete the build other than installing the roof and foundation were included. The wood parts were of great quality, with spare parts included. I really appreciated the quality of the doors and windows and their hardware. The finished product looks great and was a good value for the money spent. Support was responsive and the shipment delivery was professional and communicative.
My experience with SolidBuild was outstanding from beginning to end. The delivery guy was professional and incredibly patient in delivering the cottage to a difficult spot. He made the process fun!We constructed the cottage using the instructions provided, occasionally referring to videos on the website. We insulated the floor and ceiling and added electrical wiring and plumbing for a sink. The windows are double paned and beautifully made, as is all the hardware.We now have the best little cottage I could have imagined. It far exceeded my expectations. I can’t say enough about the quality of your product. You guys should be proud!
My California shed is wonderful! It was delivered on time and was relatively easy to build with the help of an experienced handyman. The one problem was that I was mistakenly emailed the instructions for the old model instead of the new one and this cost me a couple hours of frustration, time, and money (as I was paying the handyman to help me). Otherwise, this would have been a five star review

Everything about our Solid Build shed was a 10 out of 10. From order to delivery was faster than expected, unloading went smoothly, building the shed worked incredibly well due to the thorough instructions and excellent product, and the finished shed is absolutely fabulous in every way -- and we built it!

From first ordering, to using my finished shed, I couldn’t be more satisfied. The customer service was excellent throughout the process, with timely communication and support. The build itself was actually fun! The instructions in the manual were clear, and there are video supplements that they make and provide links to that really help things go smoothly. I love my shed!

Great communication before arrival of the materials and also during construction to help us as needed. Took a smidge longer than expected to build but we took our time. Instructions likewise could be improved but nothing in this life is perfect and we figured things out ultimately. Overall we love this addition to our property - a nice minimalist design with solid wood construction. Btw: Finishes are quality.
The shed is gorgeous, and the company was very responsive when I gave them feedback, but the experience putting it together is not accurately described well on the website. The company should share more honest stories of customer experiences like mine, where at least 85% of my boards were warped including the starter boards. If you don't have the right tools, ratchet straps or a ton of extra clamps on hand, the project would have been even more difficult. With the experience I had putting it together, I do not think the price was worth it. It also takes a lot more money to get a good roof on and get the foundation set, so be prepared to spend more than the price of the shed.
The product is solid, looks beautiful when built and Igna very helpful and knowledgeable, for that 5 stars. About the actual building part, I am pretty handy and will say it is a lot more challenging to assemble than described due to wood boards naturally warping and having to get them to align. The instructions and pictures could also be better written and designed. While the videos are very helpful, I highly recommend hiring a handyman with carpentry experience which I ended up doing to solve some key issues. Also customer support is minimal/non existent at the weekends so build weekdays so you can get help when needed. Overall I'd highly recommend the purchase, just make sure you have the right help!
