Spent money only to not have access to Office
I bought Microsoft Office for Home and Student and it stopped working all of sudden it said that the key number has been used already by someone else. what a waste of money

Software Shuttle - WARNING - Do not make a purchase here!! "Scam" Site
I recently made a purchase from Softwareshuttle for a copy of Windows 10 Home 64bit. After paying for it they sent me instructions saying there would be two emails comming, one with a link to download windows 10 home 64 and the other would contain the liscense key. Well, I got the download (it was a link to microsoft's download center) but never received the serial key. I sent multiple e-mails trying to get my serial key and never received ANY responses from them. I contacted my credit card company and let them know what was going on and reported Softwareshuttle as a Scam site and I asked My CC company to reverse the charges.

Customer service was next to none... Called me to make sure my order worked out for me (special application) and then wound up giving me about an hour of tech support at no cost... thank you again!
I was a first time buyer, somewhat apprehensive but figured I'd buy from them. I was putting it on a experimental application and wasn't sure it'd work... I got a phone call to make sure I was happy with my purchase and he wound up walking me entirely through the installation process that was giving me so much trouble (on my end)... Followed the directions given, registered the product and no issues or problems whatsoever. Couldn't be happier or more appreciative! - Jason

Bad experience
I will not trust this company again. It's been one week now and I did not receive my online download of Microsoft office 2016. I sent them multiple emails and I didn't get any reply . Now I contact my bank to disput my transection.

Issue with email; download link not recvd for 2 days, all good in end
Ordered ms office but confo email with link never recvd. Emailed customer svc but no response. Emailed again on second day because no phone Nbr on the site. They called me and discovered their own email service was down. I worked with the rep by phone to finally get the download link. The download process was easy. All worked fine. Price was great compared to other sites.

Foreign Transaction Fee
I did not know that there was going to be a charge as foreign transaction fee. Nowhere on your website it says that there would be such a fee. Not a big deal but I think being transparent is important. Gerard

but I didn't like or particularly trust the web site I was directed to for the Mac download. It would have been better if they just let you download the MS media creation tool.

Windows 10 Download.
I bought Windows 10 to load on my MacBook pro. I had a glitch on my little netbook and lost the link to the windows download. I was able to contact Softwareshuttle and they took it from there to help me, confirming purchase and resending link. Great customer service.

Poor custuomer's service
I am not sure if this is a startup company, but they need to invest more on customer service. Getting through to someone to resolve my windows 10 activation key issue was very tedious. in the end while the issue was resolved it was a very tedious experience.

Just what I was looking for!
Softwareshuttle offers MS Office 2016 Home and Business for a truly exceptional price. This is a hard item to find because Microsoft is really pushing hard for their subscription-model Office 365, and you have to look closely to find a traditional standalone version which is compatible with the sometimes quirky Windows 10. Download was quick and easy. Installation was flawless. I highly recommend doing business with Softwareshuttle!
