I had great customer service dealing with clean up support and working on my antispyware activation
I had great customer service dealing with my problem. Both Aprilrose Lumarda on the support team took the time to begin cleaning up my computer so it would run better. I also had Mohn who worked on the super antispyware activation and he completed the cleanupon my computer. I was very satisfied with the service from April and Mohn provided me.

So much more affordable
I have been buying Microsoft products from softwarepin for the past 5 years. I have never had any issues with the products I have purchased. One time, I even accidentally started the download process on the wrong computer and their customer service quickly helped resolve my issue so I could get it on the correct computer. I highly recommend their affordable Microsoft software options. It’s so much better than paying Microsoft a monthly fee.

Nice cost
This was an upgrade from 2021 version. I don't like the cloud/subscription versions and your company offers an alternative. It is also less costly. I did have a little activation issue and received a quick reply (less than 24 hrs) on what I should do. Not your fault but missing Publisher as one of the products included. I have lots of files I won't be able to use.

Easy to purchase, ran into a minor snag installing but easily got past it.
As far as purchasing the software from you that was great and worked out well. It was figuring out how to install it that was a little bit awkward. I had to figure out one small detail on my own (which right now I can't remember what it was). But that wasn't a big deal. I have bought from you before and if I ever need to purchase Office 2021 again I will definitely come back and I will tell others as well.

Replaced Outdated Licenses
Not knowing that Microsoft Office licenses have a window of 15 days to activate them, I ordered a couple extra. When I tried to use them, the 15 days had past and Bill with customer service issued new ones within 24 hours - over the weekend! Great support SoftwarePin!

There were some things that weren't…
There were some things that weren't clear about going through Microsoft.com to get Microsoft to install Office but it wasn't that hard to out. Once I figured it out it was very simple.
