Amazing customer service and expertise
SmartIT's amazing staff handled two projects for our office in Midtown NY. The office is a foreign nation Consulate General. SmartIT updated our wifi system in two locations. The best parts about working with them was the ease of communication and of course the end result. I knew all the time what was happening next and like a patient teacher they educated me about the technical details of every step of the project. Aftercare was also very friendly and professional. Will definitely contact them again for any IT needs and recommend them very highly.

Jonathan Solved a Months-Long Nightmare! Impeccable Wi-Fi Service Now.
We had serious, persistent problems with our Wi-Fi service for months, including intermittent service and constant connection loss. This was complicated by our building's concrete and iron structure, which makes Wi-Fi challenging. Both our Internet provider (Optimum), who visited 5+ times, and our former IT company were completely useless and couldn't resolve the issue.Jonathan from smartIT came in and immediately impressed us. He was quickly able to identify which Wi-Fi access points needed upgrading, but more critically, he diagnosed that the modem provided by our ISP (Optimum) was defective.Once all of Jonathan's recommended changes were made, our service became impeccable. Everything works perfectly now. Jonathan's technical knowledge is truly impressive, and he solved a problem that multiple others failed to figure out. Highly recommend.
